Para ello, se utiliz\u00f3 la t\u00e9cnica molecular cdna-aflp (complementary dnaamplifiedfragments length polymorphism). La poblaci\u00f3n de ensayo consta de 116palmeras que descienden del cruce entre dos palmeras de caracter\u00edsticas favorables parael cultivo. En una primera fase, mediante la t\u00e9cnica cdna-aflp se consiguenamplificar secuencias de adn complementario consiguiendo fragmentos derivados deltranscriptoma (tdfs) en la poblaci\u00f3n de mapeo. Los tdfs que presenten polimorfismoy segreguen en esta progenie ser\u00e1n utilizados para la construcci\u00f3n del mapa gen\u00e9ticofuncional.Este mapa del transcriptoma ser\u00e1 integrado en el mapa gen\u00f3mico ya publicadodel mismo cruce de palmera en el que aparecen mapeados locus de car\u00e1cter cuantitativoo qtls (quantitative trait loci). Los qtls son relevantes ya que se consiguen tras elan\u00e1lisis de caracteres que tienen inter\u00e9s agron\u00f3mico. De esta manera se puede analizarsi existe relaci\u00f3n entre los nuevos marcadores moleculares producidos y qtls deinter\u00e9s agron\u00f3micos o con genes asociados.As\u00ed mismo, se aplic\u00f3 de la t\u00e9cnica cdna-aflp diferencial en muestras depalmera provenientes de distintos ensayos de campo para la detecci\u00f3n de genescandidatos asociados con caracteres \u00fatiles. Se aislaron tdfs diferencialmenteexpresados en condiciones de sequ\u00eda, para el incremento de longitud del tronco y endistintas fases del desarrollo del fruto. Estos genes candidatos se testaron en lapoblaci\u00f3n de referencia para su mapeo y an\u00e1lisis de relaci\u00f3n con qtls.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
