Para el an\u00e1lisis de la refrigeraci\u00f3n, se ha dise\u00f1ado y construido un banco de ensayos que representa el canal formado por dos pcb en la cual se montan los componentes electr\u00f3nicos y se realizan los experimentos. Dichos componentes se han representado mediante unos prismas construidos de manera que simulan elementos disipadores de calor. Se ha caracterizado el campo de flujo alrededor de un componente. Para ello se ha empleado la t\u00e9cnica experimental de velocimetr\u00eda de im\u00e1genes de part\u00edculas con el objetivo de medir la velocidad instant\u00e1nea del flujo alrededor del componente. El flujo principal mostr\u00f3 un patr\u00f3n complejo con diferentes estructuras. Para la caracterizaci\u00f3n del proceso de trasferencia de calor se emple\u00f3 la t\u00e9cnica de termograf\u00eda infrarroja para medir las distribuciones de temperatura superficial en cada una de las caras del componente. A partir de estas mediciones fue posible determinar las caracter\u00edsticas de la refrigeraci\u00f3n del componente. De los estudios llevados a cabo, se ha realizado uno sobre la configuraci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica de flujo ijcf para un componente de altura igual a mitad del canal. En este se ha analizado y discutido diferentes caracter\u00edsticas que poseen las estructuras del campo de flujo alrededor del componente y su influencia sobre los fen\u00f3menos de la transferencia de calor. Adem\u00e1s se ha una comparaci\u00f3n desde el punto de vista energ\u00e9tico entre el m\u00e9todo de refrigeraci\u00f3n cf y el ijcf. Por \u00faltimo se ha realizado un estudio param\u00e9trico mediante el empleo del dise\u00f1o de experimentos con el objetivo de analizar la influencia de los principales par\u00e1metros geom\u00e9tricos y de sobre la transferencia de calor y las caracter\u00edsticas del campo de flujo en el componente. A trav\u00e9s de este estudio se ha podido obtener la configuraci\u00f3n de flujo \u00f3ptima mediante la cual la refrigeraci\u00f3n del componente alcanza una eficiencia superior en comparaci\u00f3n a la que se puede obtener a trav\u00e9s del cf. abstrac this thesis presents an experimental study on the electronic cooling by combining cross flow (cf) and impinging jet (ijcf) using air as coolant. For the analysis of the cooling has been designed and build a test rig representing the channel consists of two pcb on which electronic components are mounted and the experiments are performed. These components have been represented by a prism constructed to simulate heat dissipation elements. The flow field was characterized using the experimental technique of particle image velocimetry with the aim of measuring the instantaneous velocity around the component. The main flow showed a complex pattern with different structures. To characterize the heat transfer process was used the infrared thermography for measure the surface temperature distributions in each face of the component. From these measurements it was possible to determine the cooling characteristics of the component. Studies carried out, one has been performed on the basic flow configuration ijcf for a component with height is equal to half the channel. This has been analysed and discussed the different features that having the structures of the flow field around the component and its influence on the phenomena of heat transfer. Further a comparison from the energetic point of view between the conventional cooling cf and ijcf have been made. Finally, a parametric study has conducted using the design of experiments to analyse the influence of the main geometrical and operational parameters on the heat transfer and flow field characteristics in the component.
