As\u00ed, no hay ning\u00fan m\u00e9todo de predicci\u00f3n de la geometr\u00eda de la capa aportada e incluso se desconocen las propiedades del material aportado a priori. Esto se debe a que existen diversos par\u00e1metros de naturaleza muy diferente que hacen muy dif\u00edcil la caracterizaci\u00f3n de este proceso. El procedimiento industrial se suele basar en las t\u00e9cnicas de ensayo-error cada vez que se var\u00eda alg\u00fan par\u00e1metro. As\u00ed, esta tesis pretende desarrollar un modelo de predicci\u00f3n de la altura de los cordones aportados mediante esta t\u00e9cnica y caracterizar mec\u00e1nicamente las uniones entre el material aportado y el substrato de la pieza. Los principales objetivos que se pretenden desarrollar son:1.- Estudio del flujo de part\u00edculas en las boquillas de aporte por l\u00e1ser y c\u00e1lculo del flujo m\u00e1sico de polvo real aportado.2.- Atenuaci\u00f3n que produce este flujo de polvo en la radiaci\u00f3n l\u00e1ser para su consideraci\u00f3n posterior en la cantidad de material fundido.3.- Predicci\u00f3n de la geometr\u00eda del cord\u00f3n aportado considerando la energ\u00eda real del l\u00e1ser radiada contra la pieza y el flujo m\u00e1sico inyectado.4.- Caracterizaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica de las piezas
