Se hanestudiado y caracterizado dos t\u00e9cnicas para realizar dichos estrechamientos: tratamientoqu\u00edmico y tratamiento termomec\u00e1nico.Por otra parte se ha estudiado la integraci\u00f3n en el sistema \u00f3ptico de la especie qu\u00edmica,fluor\u00f3foro, que interacciona con el medio proporcionando la capacidad sensora. Se haevaluado la inmovilizaci\u00f3n de diferentes fluor\u00f3foros en distintas matrices polim\u00e9ricas.
