Estos m\u00e9todos han sido capaces de describir la transici\u00f3n de fase pseudopropia en el cloruro de calcio identificando claramente un modo \u00f3ptico en centro de zona inestable. Por otro lado, los m\u00e9todos ab initio se han aplicado para estudiar la transici\u00f3n de fase ferroelastica en el pentoxido de arsenico. Este es un material m\u00e1s complejo que el cloruro de c\u00e1lcio y la inestabilidad que presenta no es sencilla de describir. sin embargo, en este trabajo hemos aclarado algunas cuestiones muy
