Sin embargo, la \u00fanica prote\u00edna virulenta conocida capaz dellevar a cabo el proceso de deampilaci\u00f3n es el efector de legionella pneumophila sidd. Eneste trabajo se presenta la estructura cristalogr\u00e1fica de la regi\u00f3n catal\u00edtica de sidd (sidd-nt)a 1.6 \u00ed\u00a5 de resoluci\u00f3n. La estructura cristalogr\u00e1fica muestra un plegamiento de fosfatasa conmodificaciones para la adecuaci\u00f3n al nuevo sustrato. Su actividad catal\u00edtica es estrictamentedependiente de los iones mg2+ situados en el centro catal\u00edtico. Mediante an\u00e1lisiscomputacional se ha generado un modelo de reconocimiento de rab1 mediante sidd en el quese han identificado unos residuos claves en la interacci\u00f3n. Se ha identificado un segundodominio sidd-ct responsable de la localizaci\u00f3n de sidd en la membrana de la lcv(`legionella containing vacuole\u00c2\u00bf) durante la infecci\u00f3n de la c\u00e9lula hu\u00e9sped por legionellapneumophila.La combinaci\u00f3n del estudio cristalogr\u00e1fico y de saxs para la prote\u00edna entera harevelado que sidd presenta flexibilidad entre sus dos dominios que puede resultar crucial parala adecuaci\u00f3n de la mol\u00e9cula de amp de la rab1 al centro catal\u00edtico de sidd.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
