De down de la provincia de badajoz.  3,- su validaci\u00f3n y comprobaci\u00f3n emp\u00edrica.  el dise\u00f1o consta de 3 grupos: uno de control (10 alumnos) y dos experimentales (12 alumnos cada uno). Estos se diferencian en el tipo de entrenamiento \u00abde recuerdo\u00bb recibido por uno de ellos. Todos los grupos tienen medidas pretest, postest y demora repetidas.  los resultados muestran que se ha desarrollado eficazmente un entrenamiento cognitivo en estrategias de memoria, siendo posible trabajar todas las strategias (repetici\u00f3n, elaboraci\u00f3n, organizaci\u00f3n y recuerdo de mapas conceptuales sencillos) con nuestros alumnos\/as (personas con s\u00edndrome de down), independientemente de su nivel de desarrollo. Se ha producido en determinadas variables generalizaci\u00f3n y transferencia a otros tipos de procesos mentales como razonamiento y madurez mental, as\u00ed como una influencia muy positiva en aspectos curriculares de las \u00e1reas de lenguaje y matem\u00e1ticas.  se confirma que los efectos del entrenamiento se mantienen despu\u00e9s de un periodo de demora.  su aplicaci\u00f3n es
