Concretamente, se estudia la existencia de localizaci\u00f3n de carga y esp\u00edn, y su relaci\u00f3n con las simetr\u00edas discretas de paridad y paridad generalizada.Al final de la secci\u00f3n estudiamos la relaci\u00f3n entre observables y localizaci\u00f3n en un sistema abierto. Concretamente desarrollamos una ecuaci\u00f3n maestra, incluyendo contactos met\u00e1licos, y demostramos como la localizaci\u00f3n de carga est\u00e1 relacionada con el bloqueo de la corriente.Finalmente, consideramos el doble punto cu\u00e1ntico como un sistema donde generalizar el estudio de fases geom\u00e9tricas realizado en los a\u00f1os 80 por m. Berry, analizando la influencia de los grados de libertad espaciales e inhomogeneidades magn\u00e9ticas.En la segunda secci\u00f3n de la tesis se desarrolla la teor\u00eda de floquet-bloch, para el estudio de las propiedades topol\u00f3gicas de redes acopladas a campos ac el\u00e9ctricos. Se propone una extensi\u00f3n de la cl\u00e1sica teor\u00eda topol\u00f3gica de bandas, incluyendo una primera zona de brillouin extendida, llamada primera zona de floquet-brillouin (ffbz) y el operador de floquet.Como resultado, demostramos que la clasificaci\u00f3n topol\u00f3gica completa es posible en t\u00e9rminos de una dimensi\u00f3n superior al sistema est\u00e1tico, y que los reg\u00edmenes adiab\u00e1tico\/diab\u00e1tico son an\u00e1logos a un sistema de wannier-stark en esta dimensi\u00f3n superior, en los l\u00edmites de campo d\u00e9bil\/fuerte respectivamente.En la \u00faltima secci\u00f3n de la tesis se considera el caso de electrones en una red  hexagonal, acoplados a un campo ac el\u00e9ctrico en el plano.
