{"id":115211,"date":"2014-03-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-03-02T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/las-competencias-profesionales-de-los-ingenieros-industriales-analisis-valoracion-y-propuesta\/"},"modified":"2014-03-02T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2014-03-02T00:00:00","slug":"las-competencias-profesionales-de-los-ingenieros-industriales-analisis-valoracion-y-propuesta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/murcia\/las-competencias-profesionales-de-los-ingenieros-industriales-analisis-valoracion-y-propuesta\/","title":{"rendered":"Las competencias profesionales de los ingenieros industriales: an\u00e1lisis, valoraci\u00f3n y propuesta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Sara G\u00c1\u00bcilamo Jimenez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00edtulo: las competencias profesionales de los ingenieros industriales: an\u00e1lisis, valoraci\u00f3n y propuesta.  autora: sara g\u00ed\u00bcilamo jim\u00e9nez resumen.  esta investigaci\u00f3n versa sobre la formaci\u00f3n de los ingenieros industriales en la universidad cat\u00f3lica madre y maestra (santo domingo, rep\u00fablica dominicana), a la luz de las competencias profesionales, las metodolog\u00edas de ense\u00f1anza y otros aspectos de su formaci\u00f3n.   los objetivos de la investigaci\u00f3n han sido:   -conocer las valoraciones acerca de la importancia y de la ense\u00f1anza de diferentes competencias profesionales de ingenieros industriales seg\u00fan diferentes informantes (empleadores, acad\u00e9micos, egresados y estudiantes). -apreciar similitudes y diferencias en las perspectivas de los diferentes informantes consultados, y valorar los posibles significados que le dan a las mismas. -recabar perspectivas y valoraciones sobre los contenidos, las metodolog\u00edas docentes y la evaluaci\u00f3n que, tomando como referencia las competencias, se vienen realizando en la carrera de ingenier\u00eda industrial seg\u00fan los distintos informantes, e interpretar sus posibles significados.  -contrastar el modelo te\u00f3rico de competencias de los ingenieros industriales    utilizado en la investigaci\u00f3n, con la estructura y los contenidos de los factores emp\u00edricos extra\u00eddos a partir del an\u00e1lisis de las respuestas de los sujetos (estudiantes).    -formular una propuesta  que pudiera ser tomada en cuenta en el redise\u00f1o y la mejora de la formaci\u00f3n de ingenieros industriales en la pontificia universidad cat\u00f3lica madre y maestra, tomando en consideraci\u00f3n el an\u00e1lisis e interpretaci\u00f3n de las respuestas de los informantes consultados.   tras revisar el estado de la cuesti\u00f3n relativa a las competencias profesionales en diferentes pa\u00edses y universidades, as\u00ed como diversas cuestiones relativas a la ense\u00f1anza y la evaluaci\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n ofrecida, se han recabado las perspectivas y valoraciones de diferentes informantes (estudiantes, acad\u00e9micos y empleadores) acerca de la formaci\u00f3n en curso y la que deber\u00eda ocurrir.  para ello se ha empleado la metodolog\u00eda de estudio de campo, habi\u00e9ndose integrado diversos  instrumentos (an\u00e1lisis documental, cuestionarios, entrevistas) cuyos datos han sido tratados en porcentajes, contraste de diferencias y an\u00e1lisis factorial de los cuestionarios del alumnado.  en las conclusiones se revelan coincidencias y diferencias entre las categor\u00edas de informantes, as\u00ed como propuestas de mejora que apuntan hacia una mayor flexibilizaci\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n y una atenci\u00f3n propia a las competencias no instrumentales.                            title: industrial engineers competencies: analysis, evaluation and proposals.   author: sara g\u00ed\u00bcilamo jim\u00e9nez this research deals with the professional competencies, teaching methodologies and other  aspects of the industrial engineers training at the universidad cat\u00f3lica madre y maestra (santo domingo, rep\u00fablica dominicana). the research objectives have been:   -to know the perspectives of different informants (employees, academics, postgraduates and students) about the professional competencies of the industrial engineers.  &#8211; to appreciate agreements and differences inter informants and valuing their meanings.  &#8211; to reach perspectives and evaluations on the contents, teaching methodologies and evaluation related to professional competencies in the industrial engineers course and interpret their meanings.  -to contrast the professional competencies theoretical model with the structure and contents of empirical factors resulting from de students perspectives.  &#8211; to propose improvements concerning the redesign of the industrial engineers training in the pontificia universidad cat\u00f3lica madre y maestra, taking into account the  data provided by the informants, their analysis and interpretation.  a revision of the specific literature on professional competencies across different countries and universities, so as some issues related to teaching, learning and students evaluation, the perspectives of students, academics and employers have been explored, concerning the real and needed training.  a field study methodology has been developed, integrating a set of instruments as documental analysis, questionnaires and interviews. The data have been deal calculating percents and contrasting differences, and a factor analysis has been applied to student perspectives. the conclusions offer some agreements and disagreements between different informants, claiming for some improvement singularly in a more flexible and a less instrumental focus of industrial engineers professional training.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
