{"id":115345,"date":"2014-06-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-06-03T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/comparacion-de-diferentes-metodos-para-el-calculo-del-umbral-anaerobico-individual-y-su-equivalencia-con-el-maximo-estado-estable\/"},"modified":"2014-06-03T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2014-06-03T00:00:00","slug":"comparacion-de-diferentes-metodos-para-el-calculo-del-umbral-anaerobico-individual-y-su-equivalencia-con-el-maximo-estado-estable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisiologia-del-ejercicio\/comparacion-de-diferentes-metodos-para-el-calculo-del-umbral-anaerobico-individual-y-su-equivalencia-con-el-maximo-estado-estable\/","title":{"rendered":"Comparaci\u00f3n de diferentes m\u00e9todos para el c\u00e1lculo del umbral anaer\u00f3bico individual y su equiValencia con el m\u00e1ximo estado estable"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> I\u00f1aki Arratibel Imaz <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La determinaci\u00f3n del umbral anaer\u00f3bico (uan) ha supuesto un reto en fisiolog\u00eda del ejercicio, y concretamente el diagn\u00f3stico del esfuerzo, como m\u00e9todo indirecto para determinar el inicio del ac\u00famulo de lactato en sangre, en lo que se ha denominado m\u00e1ximo estado estable de lactato (mlss).El principal objetivo de esta tesis doctoral es analizar diferentes m\u00e9todos de c\u00e1lculos del uan, tanto los que determinan umbral anaer\u00f3bico individual (iat) (keul, simon, stegmann, bunc, dickhuth, dmax, freiburg, geiger-hille, log-log, lactato m\u00ednimo) como los que calculan el uan en valores fijos de la concentraci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea de lactato [la] (mader, obla), para determinar la concordancia en los resultados obtenidos con dichos m\u00e9todos, as\u00ed como determinar si los resultados obtenidos con los diferentes m\u00e9todos, concuerdan con el mlss.Estas comparaciones se han llevado a cabo tanto en tapiz rodante (n=240) como en cicloerg\u00f3metro (n=162).En esta tesis se concluye que los m\u00e9todos dickhuth, bunc, dmax, freiburg, geiger-hille, cuando el test se realiza en tapiz rodante, y los m\u00e9todos dickhuth y dmax, cuando se realiza en cicloerg\u00f3metro concuerdan estrechamente con el mlss. Asimismo se concluye que el c\u00e1lculo del uan por el m\u00e9todo del umbral fijo de 4 mmol\/l u obla difiere de la velocidad o potencia mlss, y consecuentemente del iat, proporcionando en ambos
