El efecto sin\u00e9rgico del vegf y el gdnf liberado de estas micro y nanoesferas permiti\u00f3 obtener mejores en el comportamiento rotacional de los animales lesionados as\u00ed como en la protecci\u00f3n y regeneraci\u00f3n neuronal.Asimismo se administraron, nanoesferas cargadas con vegf en un modelo murino de la enfermedad de alzheimer (rat\u00f3n transg\u00e9nico app\/ps1). Tras 3 meses de tratamiento, se obtuvo una mejora en el d\u00e9ficit cognitivo caracter\u00edstico de estos ratones.
