{"id":115457,"date":"2018-03-11T10:43:58","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:43:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/la-violencia-de-genero-en-el-ambito-laboral\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:43:58","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:43:58","slug":"la-violencia-de-genero-en-el-ambito-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/derecho-del-trabajo-y-de-la-seguridad-social\/la-violencia-de-genero-en-el-ambito-laboral\/","title":{"rendered":"La violencia de g\u00e9nero en el \u00e1mbito laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Uris Lloret <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La violencia de g\u00e9nero, es decir la violencia ejercida sobre la mujer por el hecho de serlo, se ha convertido en un problema social de permanente actualidad y de gran dimensi\u00f3n en nuestro pa\u00eds, como tambi\u00e9n sucede en el conjunto de los pa\u00edses desarrollados. aunque s\u00f3lo las agresiones f\u00edsicas o ps\u00edquicas que sufren las mujeres en el seno de la relaci\u00f3n de pareja son objeto de protecci\u00f3n por la ley org\u00e1nica 1\/2004, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas de protecci\u00f3n integral contra la violencia de g\u00e9nero, la citada ley tambi\u00e9n considera como expresi\u00f3n de la violencia de g\u00e9nero las agresiones que sufre el sexo femenino en el \u00e1mbito laboral. la presente tesis doctoral se propone analizar los comportamientos violentos de que son objeto las mujeres en los lugares de trabajo y los medios para prevenirlos, tomando como base la idea de que cuanto m\u00e1s libremente puedan desarrollar su actividad, m\u00e1s cerca estaremos de una sociedad igualitaria y mayores ser\u00e1n los niveles de prosperidad y bienestar del conjunto de la sociedad.  objetivos presuponiendo que este riesgo laboral, como todos los dem\u00e1s, debe erradicarse o minimizarse, la investigaci\u00f3n se ha marcado los siguientes objetivos: &quot;\texaminar y valorar la situaci\u00f3n de la mujer en la sociedad actual; cu\u00e1l es su rol y c\u00f3mo le afectan las diversas circunstancias que acontecen a su alrededor. &quot;\tconocer el papel de la mujer en el \u00e1mbito laboral, las diversas circunstancias que se han producido en la historia reciente y su situaci\u00f3n en la actualidad. &quot;\tanalizar las agresiones laborales padecidas por las trabajadoras, en cuanto mujeres, incidiendo en los diversos recursos que se deber\u00e1n integrar en el sistema general de gesti\u00f3n de las empresas para prevenir los comportamientos violentos.   metodolog\u00eda adoptando una posici\u00f3n sincr\u00e9tica y pluralista desde la \u00f3ptica metodol\u00f3gica, las tareas acometidas son las siguientes: &quot;\texaminar los datos estad\u00edsticos a trav\u00e9s de las encuestas y los an\u00e1lisis y comentarios realizados sobre las mismas. &quot;\tanalizar la bibliograf\u00eda que se considera m\u00e1s importante sobre esta materia. &quot;\testudiar gu\u00edas, procedimientos, planes de igualdad, convenios colectivos y medidas que se han puesto en marcha para prevenir los diversos tipos de violencia en el \u00e1mbito laboral, con el fin  de investigar la eficacia de las mismas. &quot;\tvisitar los centros especializados para conocer desde el punto de vista pr\u00e1ctico c\u00f3mo se est\u00e1n tratando estos conflictos laborales. conclusiones las estad\u00edsticas reflejan una incidencia considerable de comportamientos inc\u00edvicos hacia las mujeres trabajadoras. Pese a lo alarmante de estos datos los expertos  se\u00f1alan que lo que se conoce es s\u00f3lo la punta del iceberg de lo que existe porque estamos ante un delito oculto, esto es, un delito que sale a la luz y se denuncia proporcionalmente muy poco y, por tanto, sus verdaderas cifras son dif\u00edciles de conocer. estamos ante un problema socio-laboral de relevancia, que est\u00e1 provocando unos da\u00f1os en la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n femenina muy graves y que supone una barrera para conseguir la igualdad de derechos y oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres en todos los campos. Conocer mejor su marco normativo, as\u00ed como la tipolog\u00eda de supuestos planteados constituye un presupuesto para combatir adecuadamente las causas. para erradicar las agresiones de que son objeto las mujeres en el \u00e1mbito laboral es imprescindible avanzar en diversos campos, siendo fundamental la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo modelo social en donde participen ambos sexos en t\u00e9rminos de igualdad.  palabras clave: g\u00e9nero, acoso, acoso sexual, acoso por raz\u00f3n de g\u00e9nero, acoso moral, violencia de g\u00e9nero, igualdad, discriminaci\u00f3n, conciliaci\u00f3n.  gender violence, violence applied over the women, has become a currently social problem, that has a huge importance in our country, and in the rest of developed countries.  only physical or psychological aggressions that women suffer in their relationships are protected by the organic law 1\/2004, of 28th. December, of measures destinated to the integral protection against gender violence.  Although, this law consider the aggressions that women suffer in their work environment like a expression of gender violence.   the present thesis analyze the violent behaviours that women suffer in their work environment and the ways to prevent them. Because the more freedom the woman has while she is working, and without any type of obstacles, the closer we are to a equal society, and the levels of prosperity and welfare of entire society will be bigger.   objectives  the present investigation has indicated the following objectives, presupposing that this laboral risk, like the others, must and could be eradicated: &quot;\texamine and value the woman situation in our society, which is her role and how she is affected by the circumstances around her.  &quot;\tknow the woman&apos;s role at her work environment, events of recent history and her situation at the moment.  &quot;\tanalyze aggressions that female workers suffer in their work environment, and the resources that must be integrated on the companies to prevent the violent behaviours.  methodology  taking a syncretic and pluralist position, from the methodological point of view, the tasks to do are the following: &quot;\texamine the statistical information obtained of surveys and analysis and comments about these surveys.  &quot;\tanalyze the most important bibliography about this issue.  &quot;\tstudy guides, methods, equality plans, collective agreement and measures to prevent the different types of violence on the work environment, with the intention of investigate their utility. &quot;\tvisit the specialized centers to know how this labour conflict is been treated from a practical point of view.  conclusions  statistics show an elevated incidence rate of antisocial behaviours over the female workers. In spite of this information, some experts indicate that we only know the iceberg&apos;s top, because we are in front of a hidden crime, it means, a crime that we know and it is denounced only in a few occasions and, therefore, it is very difficult to discover the real numbers.   we are in front of an important social and labour problem. This is causing very serious damages in the health of women and it is a barrier to achieve the equality of rights and opportunities between men and women. To know better its regulatory framework, and the typology of real cases analyzed, could allow us to combat the causes.  to eradicate the women aggressions in the work environment, we consider essential to progress in many ambits.
