La composici\u00f3n de las l\u00e1minas se ha analizado mediante edx, rbs, xps y aes y su morfolog\u00eda mediante microscop\u00edas meb y afm. Se han desarrollado metodolog\u00edas para eliminar los \u00f3xidos nativos del inp y evitar su reoxidaci\u00f3n por efecto del \u00f3xido depositado. Para el dep\u00f3sito de plt, los \u00f3xidos nativos del substrato son evaporados calentando el inp en baja presi\u00f3n, a continuaci\u00f3n la superficie del inp se protege con el dep\u00f3sito de una capa buffer de un \u00f3xido estable. Se han estudiado diversos \u00f3xidos simples como capas buffer, los mejroes resultados se han obtenido utilizando ysz (depositado epitaxialmente &lt;100&gt;(100)ysz\/\/&gt;(100)inp con muy baja rugosidad, 0,5% del espesor) ceo2 y srtio3, todos ellos con par\u00e1metros de red intermedios entre los del inp y el plt. El plt obtenido bajo condicioens de cristalinidad \u00f3pitma \u00e9sta fuertemente texturado como (100)+(001)plt\/\/(100)inp y presenta una microestructura columnar formada por agregaci\u00f3n de granos nanom\u00e9tricos (70-130 nm). El zno depositado en baja presi\u00f3n (10-5 mbar) reduce los \u00f3xidos nativos del inp. Por lo que puede depositarse directamente sobre substratos (100)inp con textura (001)zno. Mediante un estudio detallado por xps se ha concluido que los primeros  12 nm de la superficie del plt reci\u00e9n crecido est\u00e1n enriquecidos en pb (independientemente de un efecto de extracci\u00f3n preferente del pb y del o asociado al m\u00e9todo experimental), esta capa enriquecida puede eliminarse a posteriori mediante un m\u00e9todo desarrollado de tratamiento t\u00e9rmico en vac\u00edo.
