El estudio de los par\u00e1metros urodin\u00e1micos y emg selectiva de esf\u00ednter urinario (emgs) en pacientes sometidos a rt p\u00e9lvica.Pacientes y m\u00e9todos. 145 pacientes con rt p\u00e9lvica, la mitad hace m\u00e1s de 4 a\u00f1os (66,9 por ciento vs 33.1 por ciento, 69,68 m\u00e1s\/menos 10,2 a\u00f1os, 64 por ciento intervenidos, ca pr\u00f3stata (cap) 59 por ciento y ca \u00fatero 25 por ciento). Grupo control. 99 pacientes no radiados. Se realiz\u00f3 descriptivo, an\u00e1lisis, intervenidos\/no intervenidos, tiempo desde rt, radiados\/no radiados y estudio multivariante (fases globales llenado, vaciado y emgs) de pacientes con cap vs control. Procesamiento de datos mediante el paquete estad\u00edstico v. 15.0.Resultados. Los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s frecuentes de llenado. Qmax anormal (63,7 por ciento), residuo (15,6 por ciento), primer deseo precoz (51,1 por ciento), capacidad vesical (88 por ciento), acomodaci\u00f3n vesical normal (89,9 por ciento), contracciones involuntarias (54,9 por ciento), ura normal (75,5 por ciento), anormal (52 por ciento), abrams y griffiths normal (40,3 por ciento), wmax y w80-20 mayoritariamente normales, potenciales polif\u00e1sicos (73 por ciento), con solapamiento denervaci\u00f3n\/reinervaci\u00f3n (hasta 100 meses post-rt). Cuello abierto al llenado (37,8 por ciento), apertura normal miccional (96,1 por ciento)  luz uretral (41,3 por ciento), reflujo v\u00e9sicoureteral (rvu) (13.2 por ciento), iue urodin\u00e1mica (19,3 por ciento), hiperactividad del detrusor (56,8 por ciento), obstrucci\u00f3n tui (26,7 por ciento) y acomodaci\u00f3n disminuida (9,4 por ciento). 5 casos descentralizaci\u00f3n simp\u00e1tica. Alteraci\u00f3n qmax, cuello abierto al llenado, luz uretral y morfolog\u00eda irregular m\u00e1s frecuente en,  iue en. Capacidad vesical menor en intervenidos, incompetencia cuello al llenado, rvu e iue mayor en intervenidos. Los pacientes con reinervaci\u00f3n y rvu presentan un tiempo mayor desde rt. Frente a control, los radiados presentan tama\u00f1o prost\u00e1tico, capacidad y acomodaci\u00f3n (10,1 por ciento) m\u00e1s frecuentemente disminuidos, emgs y cistomanometr\u00eda alterados, incompetencia del cuello, iue, rvu y estenosis uretral anterior. En los no radiados, es m\u00e1s frecuente residuo, contractilidad, test pdet\/flujo, apertura del cuello y ura an\u00f3malos, obstrucci\u00f3n tui, luz uretral posterior. En cap, tras el multivariante, queda como factor explicativo la rt.Conclusiones. La rt prost\u00e1tica produce alteraciones funcionales del tui, m\u00e1s en fase de llenado y no en hiperactividad del detrusor. Existe denervaci\u00f3n tard\u00eda postrt.
