Hemos investigado estos conflictos \u00e9ticos mediante un estudio descriptivo transversal con an\u00e1lisis bibliogr\u00e1fico actualizado hasta junio de 2013, encuesta a pediatras del servicio murciano de salud en el a\u00f1o 2013 y recopilaci\u00f3n de casos cl\u00ednicos de conflictos \u00e9tico-legales. Se hizo una b\u00fasqueda en dialnet, familywatch.Org, psiquiatria.Com, zenit.Org, papelesdelpsicologo.Es, cop.Es, asemip.Es, google acad\u00e9mico y bases datos de www.Murciasalud.Es. Como descriptores: custodia compartida, s\u00edndrome alienaci\u00f3n parental, divorcio, mediaci\u00f3n, alteraciones estructura familiar, dilemas \u00e9ticos, pediatr\u00eda, medicina infantil. La encuesta que se realizo a m\u00e9dicos con pr\u00e1ctica pedi\u00e1trica estaba formada por 39 items, pregunt\u00e1ndoles sobre datos generales, religiosidad, conocimientos en bio\u00e9tica, derechos del ni\u00f1o y su actuaci\u00f3n ante dilemas \u00e9ticos en ni\u00f1os procedentes del divorcio con custodia exclusiva y compartida. Los resultados muestran al estudiar &quot;el mejor inter\u00e9s del menor&quot; la gran importancia que dan los m\u00e9dicos a la \u00e9tica en su pr\u00e1ctica cl\u00ednica, pues casi la mitad la consideran factor clave para determinar el inter\u00e9s del menor, interviniendo el 90% de ellos a favor del menor ante una decisi\u00f3n equivocada. El desarrollo arm\u00f3nico del ni\u00f1o est\u00e1 muy relacionado con una vida familiar equilibrada donde los padres desempe\u00f1en sus funciones. Con el divorcio o la separaci\u00f3n de los progenitores, la relaci\u00f3n con los hijos se hace asim\u00e9trica y si uno de los progenitores emplea a los hijos para da\u00f1ar al otro, anulando el v\u00ednculo que tiene con los menores, puede desencadenar el s\u00edndrome de alienaci\u00f3n parental (sap). Al estudiar &quot;la relaci\u00f3n entre sap y divorcio&quot; se hace evidente el factor protector de la modalidad de custodia compartida al mejorar las relaciones padres-hijos y proteger e impedir el desarrollo del sap tras la ruptura. Hay un gran d\u00e9ficit de publicaciones sobre estos conflictos \u00e9ticos que dificulta la resoluci\u00f3n adecuada de estos problemas por lo que pretendemos paliar esta carencia aportando una lista sistematizada de 40 dilemas \u00e9ticos relacionados con alg\u00fan principio de soluci\u00f3n. El divorcio con custodia compartida produce dilemas \u00e9ticos espec\u00edficos que aumentaran tras la sentencia 257\/2013, favorable a este tipo de custodia. Hemos investigado la opini\u00f3n de los m\u00e9dicos sobre estos conflictos \u00e9ticos para dise\u00f1ar estrategias. Las soluciones que proponemos, permitir\u00e1n al pediatra conocer mejor estos problemas y la forma de solucionarlos anteponiendo &quot;el bien del menor&quot; a los intereses de los padres.  pediatricians can have conflict when making decisions about their patients, inquiring about security systems necessary to prevent the child to suffer damage from improper decision. The survey was conducted with pediatric medical practice consisted of 39 items, asking about general data, religiosity, knowledge in bioethics, rights of children and their engagement with ethical dilemmas in children from the divorce with sole custody and shared custody. By studying &quot;the relationship between pas and divorce&quot; protective factor in the mode of joint custody to improve parent-child relationships and protect and prevent the development of pas after the breakdown is evident. There is a great shortage of publications on these ethical conflicts hindering the proper resolution of these problems so we intend to remedy this deficiency by providing a systematic list of 40 ethical dilemmas related to any principles of solution. The divorce with joint custody produces specific ethical dilemmas increase following the judgment 257\/2013 favorable to this type of custody. We investigated the medical opinion on these ethical conflicts to design strategies. The solutions we propose will allow the doctor better understand these problems and how to fix them putting &quot;good child&quot; to the interests of the parents.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
