Los cambios en los lisosomas, en organismos centinela como los mejillones, son uno de los biomarcadores m\u00e1s empleados en los programas de seguimiento de la contaminaci\u00f3n marina. Estos, ocurren como respuesta a la exposici\u00f3n de contaminantes, as\u00ed como a ciertos factores ambientales y pueden medirse para evaluar su estado de salud e indicar de esta manera la salud ambiental. Las respuestas m\u00e1s estudiadas son el agrandamiento de los lisosomas y la desestabilizaci\u00f3n de la membrana lisos\u00f3mica tras la aplicaci\u00f3n de los tests lsc (lysosomal structural changes) y lms (lysosomal membrane stability) respectivamente. Estos tests  est\u00e1n basados en m\u00e9todos histoqu\u00edmicos de enzimas, que pese a ser t\u00e9cnicas sencillas y precisas, conllevan un tiempo elevado para su aplicaci\u00f3n  y son en cierto modo subjetivas. Por lo tanto, en el presente estudio se han explorado y desarrollado nuevos biomarcadores lisos\u00f3micos en c\u00e9lulas digestivas de mejill\u00f3n basados en el empleo de anticuerpos que puedan solventar los inconvenientes anteriormente mencionados. Por otro lado, todav\u00eda quedan muchos aspectos sobre las respuestas lisos\u00f3micas que necesitan ser aclarados, sobre todo relacionados con la determinaci\u00f3n de los efectos producidos por las mezclas de contaminantes y la rapidez, durabilidad y reversibilidad de las respuestas en situaciones de campo asi como aspectos metodol\u00f3gicos ya que nunca hasta ahora se hab\u00edan comparado los test lsc y lms. As\u00ed, se propone un nuevo biomarcador lisos\u00f3mico en c\u00e9lulas digestivas de mejill\u00f3n basado en el empleo de anticuerpos, como m\u00e9todo anal\u00edtico sensible, preciso, r\u00e1pido, repetitivo y coste-efectivo para la evaluaci\u00f3n de los efectos producidos por contaminantes. Sin embargo, este nuevo biomarcador solamente ser\u00e1 fiable cuando se hayan entendido las respuestas lisos\u00f3micas en su m\u00e1s amplio sentido.
