Inicialmente, se desarroll\u00f3 un m\u00e9todo para fabricar matrices de anclaje de estructura tridimensional que imitan la morfolog\u00eda de la matriz extracelular sobre la que residen las c\u00e9lulas en el cuerpo humano. A continuaci\u00f3n se estudiaron las principales caracter\u00edsticas de las matrices fabricadas como el tiempo de biodegradaci\u00f3n y las propiedades mec\u00e1nicas.En este trabajo tambi\u00e9n se desarroll\u00f3 un protocolo que permiti\u00f3 inmovilizar mol\u00e9culas biol\u00f3gicamente activas sobre la superficie de dichos materiales mediante un tratamiento de plasma atmosf\u00e9rico.Por otra parte, se estudi\u00f3 la estabilidad t\u00e9rmica de los sistemas compuestos de pol\u00edmeros biodegradables y part\u00edculas de vidrio bioactivo. Con el fin de mejorar la estabilidad t\u00e9rmica de dichos sistemas, se propuso una modificaci\u00f3n superficial por plasma de las part\u00edculas de vidrio bioactivo. Gracias a esta modificaci\u00f3n, se consigui\u00f3 una importante mejora en la estabilidad t\u00e9rmica de los sistemas que permiti\u00f3 su conformaci\u00f3n mediante procesos de transformaci\u00f3n termopl\u00e1stica tradicionales.Por \u00faltimo, se sembraron c\u00e9lulas madre derivadas del tejido adiposo sobre las matrices de anclaje fabricadas en el presente trabajo. Las c\u00e9lulas mostraron buena afinidad con los materiales estudiados. Adem\u00e1s, las c\u00e9lulas fueron capaces de diferenciarse hacia la estirpe osteog\u00e9nica.De este modo, se demostr\u00f3 que las matrices de anclaje desarrolladas en esta tesis son v\u00e1lidas
