Objetivos analizar h\u00e1bitos de ocio, patrones familiares, conductuales y actitudes de los adolescentes que se asocien con conductas antisociales o inadaptadas. 3. Metodolog\u00eda.  dise\u00f1o experimental mediante encuesta social  recogida de datos de una poblaci\u00f3n constituida por un grupo inicial de control formado por 51 internos en centros de reinserci\u00f3n de menores (49 varones y 2 mujeres) y un grupo experimental , formado por alumnos de colegios ense\u00f1anza secundaria (112 varones y 87 mujeres) en la regi\u00f3n de murcia.  Se han analizado sus datos de filiaci\u00f3n, historial acad\u00e9mico, h\u00e1bitos de ocio, h\u00e1bitos de consumo de drogas y conductas antisociales.  2. Resultados hemos hallado factores   descriptivos  tales como la nacionalidad, el sexo, la edad y asociaci\u00f3n entre variables como son el nivel de estudios, los modelos familiares percibidos y las conductas en la provocaci\u00f3n significativas en los grupos de adolescentes estudiados.  3. Conclusiones entre otras conclusiones encontramos, que ser var\u00f3n con padres inmigrantes y madres m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes, son factores sociodemogr\u00e1ficos significativos de los menores internos. Los cuales, tienen una percepci\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n paterna menos autoritaria, un alto porcentaje de expulsiones de clase fundamentalmente por peleas y discusiones con otros compa\u00f1eros y una mayor frecuencia de consumo de alcohol y otras drogas,  tambi\u00e9n mayor n\u00famero y duraci\u00f3n de fugas de casa. Responden con mayor frecuencia con violencia ante situaciones de provocaci\u00f3n o amenazas y han sido detenidos mayoritariamente por robos o hurtos.   en nuestro estudio las relaciones familiares de mayor atenci\u00f3n por parte de los padres y confianza con los hermanos se asocian significativamente a un menor n\u00famero de actitudes negativas de los adolescentes.  hallamos en nuestra muestra que los factores que condicionan la presencia de actitudes negativas, son una mayor indiferencia por la opini\u00f3n de ambos progenitores la mayor frecuencia de peleas y discusiones en el hogar familiar, ser var\u00f3n, estar ingresado en un centro de menores, de otra nacionalidad distinta a la espa\u00f1ola y haber abandonado los estudios. nuestros resultados demuestran la necesidad de fomentar modelos de relaciones familiares donde imperen relaciones de confianza y subrayan la importancia de la familia como agente de socializaci\u00f3n y de adquisici\u00f3n de valores.  models of identification and activities of leisure related to the youthful maladjustment.   key words: forense medicine. Objectives  to analyze familiar, conductuales habits of leisure, patterns and attitudes of the adolescents who are associated with antisocial or inadaptadas conducts. 3. Methodology.  experimental design by means of social survey gathered of data of a population constituted by an initial group of control formed by 51 internal in centers of reintegration of minors (49 men and 2 women) and an experimental group, formed by students of schools secondary education (112 men and 87 women) in the region of murcia.  Their data of connection, academic record, habits of leisure, antisocial habits of drug consumption and conducts have been analyzed.  2. Results  we have found factors   descriptive such as the nationality, sex, the age and association between variables as they are the level of studies, the familiar models perceived and the conducts in the provocation significant in the groups of studied adolescents.  3. Conclusions  among other conclusions we found, that to be man with parents immigrants and younger mothers, are significant sociodemogr\u00e1ficos factors of the internal minors. Which, have a perception of the less authoritarian paternal education, a high percentage of expulsions of class fundamentally by fights and discussions with other companions and a greater frequency of alcohol consumption and other drugs, also greater number and duration of flights of house. They most frequently respond with violence before situations of provocation or threats and have been stopped mainly by robberies or thefts.   in our study the familiar relations of greater attention on the part of the parents and confidence with the brothers are associated significantly to a smaller number of negative attitudes of the adolescents.  we found in our sample that the factors that condition the presence of negative attitudes, are a greater indifference by the opinion of both ancestors the greater frequency of fights and discussions in the familiar home, to be man, to be entered in a center of minors, another nationality different from the spanish and left salary the studies. our results demonstrate the necessity to foment models of familiar relations where they reign
