En concreto, la metodolog\u00eda que se propone, se basa en la identificaci\u00f3n de aberraciones del n\u00famero de copias de adn (amplificaciones y deleciones) en las muestras tumorales, que predicen con \u00e9xito la sg. uno de los retos de este tipo de estudios es el tama\u00f1o reducido de la muestra. Desafortunadamente, la falta de muestras es m\u00e1s acentuada en los set de datos de n\u00famero de copias. Por lo tanto, optamos por realizar un meta-an\u00e1lisis para incluir m\u00e1s datos. Para ello, se han combinado los datos de diferentes estudios.  por otro lado, otro de los retos en el an\u00e1lisis de aberraciones del n\u00famero de copias de adn, es  identificar regiones con n\u00famero de copias constante a lo largo del genoma. En esta l\u00ednea, se ha desarrollado un m\u00e9todo para eliminar los efectos de lote en el proceso de escalado de los arrays de snps. Adem\u00e1s, cualquier alteraci\u00f3n de adn se puede considerar que tiene un l\u00edmite, es decir, un punto de ruptura en el adn. Estas roturas se producen con frecuencia a lo largo del genoma y podr\u00edan desempe\u00f1ar un papel importante en el desarrollo del c\u00e1ncer. En nuestro estudio, hemos creado una herramienta bioinform\u00e1tica que detecta, por un lado, puntos de ruptura recurrentes, y por otro, puntos de ruptura espec\u00edficos de cada subtipo de c\u00e1ncer. por otra parte, hemos demostrado que los modelos cl\u00ednico-gen\u00e9ticos producen un valor pron\u00f3stico prometedor en sg que supera los modelos cl\u00ednicos actuales. Los primeros, se han generado con la ayuda de un filtro de genes basado en bases de datos externas, y de redes de interacci\u00f3n de genes. El uso de esta informaci\u00f3n complementaria ha proporcionado una mejor generalizaci\u00f3n del modelo para la predicci\u00f3n de la supervivencia. la traslaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica de estas metodolog\u00edas puede potencialmente mejorar el pron\u00f3stico y el tratamiento del c\u00e1ncer. Adem\u00e1s, el uso del adn como analito facilita la traslaci\u00f3n de estos modelos cl\u00ednico-gen\u00e9ticos para su uso cl\u00ednico en los pacientes con cpcnp en estadios
