{"id":115874,"date":"2018-03-11T10:44:36","date_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:44:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/evolucion-de-la-atencion-primaria-en-la-region-de-murcia-en-los-ultimos-30-anos\/"},"modified":"2018-03-11T10:44:36","modified_gmt":"2018-03-11T10:44:36","slug":"evolucion-de-la-atencion-primaria-en-la-region-de-murcia-en-los-ultimos-30-anos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/historia-de-la-medicina\/evolucion-de-la-atencion-primaria-en-la-region-de-murcia-en-los-ultimos-30-anos\/","title":{"rendered":"Evolucion de la atencion primaria en la region de murcia en los ultimos 30 a\u00f1os"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Esther Martinez Bernabe <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El actual m\u00f3delo de atenci\u00f3n primaria de salud (aps)se empieza a forjar con las recomendaciones de la conferencia internacional de la organizaci\u00f3n mundias de la salud celebrada en alma -ata en 1978 con el lema &quot;salud para  todos en el a\u00f1o 2000&quot;; en espa\u00f1a se pasa  de un modelo de seguros obligatorios cuya finalidad era exclusivamente curativa, a la ley genral de sanidad de 1986, que estableci\u00f3 un modelo de cobertura universal y de coexistencia de prevenci\u00f3n y curaci\u00f3n basado en la aps. esta tesis tiene como objetivo conocer los cambios que ha experimentado la atenci\u00f3n primaria en la regi\u00f3n de murcia en los \u00faltimos 30 a\u00f1os,con la finalidad de detectar posibles carencias y proponer mejoras. para ello se han utilizado distintos recursos, como una encuesta a m\u00e9dicos de distintos centros de salud de la regi\u00f3n de murcia, asi como la consulta y an\u00e1lisis de numerosas fuentes documentales. para el estudio de la evoluci\u00f3n se han estudiado diferentes aspectos de \u00e9sta,como los cambios que han ido transformando el mapa sanitario murciano y su adecuaci\u00f3n a la normativa vigente; se ha evaluado los cambios en la forma de trabajo dentro de los equipos de atenci\u00f3n primaria y si la carga asistencial dificultad tareas propias de la atenci\u00f3n primaria; se analiza la relaci\u00f3n y dificultades que se plantean entre los m\u00e9dicos de primaria y de otros niveles asistenciales; se evalua los cambios demogr\u00e1ficos de la regi\u00f3n,el aumento de la inmigracion y de la demanda y como influyen en el trabajo diario del m\u00e9dico; se hace un an\u00e1lisis de c\u00f3mo la especialidad de medicina familiar y comunitaria ha influido en el modelo actual de atenci\u00f3n primaria y de c\u00f3mo  ha ido variando el n\u00famero de publicaciones en revista cient\u00edficas de m\u00e9dicos de primaria, y por \u00faltimo se hace un analisis de los planes de salud publicados por la comunidad aut\u00f3noma y como ha influido la publicaci\u00f3n del real decreto ley de abril del 2012 de medidas extraordinarias de sostenibildad del sistema sanitario. entre los resultados cabe destacar que el mapa sanitario ha pasado de seis zonas de salud a nueve que hay en la actualidad, la organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo en los centros de salud ha cambiado mucho con los a\u00f1os, ya que se han ido incorporando nuevos profesionales, ampliado el n\u00famero de horas de asistencia, se han informatizado las consultas,en estos a\u00f1os el incremento demogr\u00e1fico y el aumento de la inmigraci\u00f3n ha sido notable en la regi\u00f3n de murcia produciendo una importante sobrecarga asistencial,la relaci\u00f3n entre el m\u00e9dico de primaria y los dem\u00e1s niveles asitenciales se ha visto dififcultada por la burocracia y por una falta de comunicaci\u00f3n entre ambos niveles asitenciales,con los a\u00f1os en n\u00famero de especialistas en medicina familiar y comunitaria ha aumentado de forma considerable asi como el n\u00famero de publicaciones durante algunos a\u00f1os,por \u00faltimo la actual situaci\u00f3n de crisis econ\u00f3mica y la publicaci\u00f3n del real decreto de medidas extraordinarias  ha supuesto una serie de perjuicios en los derechos de los ciudadanos.   summary: the current model of primary health care (phc) starts with the recommendations from the international conference of the world health organization that took place in alma-ata in 1978 with the slogan &quot;health for all in 2000&quot;. In spain the model changes from a model with compulsory insurances whose aim was exclusively curative, to the general law of health of 1986, which established a model of universal coverage and coexistence of prevention and recovery based on phc this thesis has as its main goal to describe the changes that the phc has experienced in the region of murcia in the last 30 years, with the objective of detecting possible gaps and to propose improvements. in order to do this, different resources have been used, such as a survey to different physicians from several medical centers from the region of murcia, as well as consulting and analyzing numerous written resources. for the study of this evolution, different aspects have been studied, such as the changes that have affected the sanitary map of murcia and their adaptation to the current law. Besides, the changes in the way working in the primary attention have been evaluated and if the workload makes difficult the phc tasks; it is analyzed also the relationship and difficulties set out among primary physicians and other assistance levels. It is also evaluated demographic changes in the region, the immigration increase and how this influence phc daily work; an analysis is done of how the phc specialty has influenced  the current model of primary attention and how the number of scientific publications in medical journals by physicians has been changing. Finally, it is done an analysis of the health plans published by the regional authority and the influence of the publication of the royal act, april 2012, about extraordinary measures for the sustainability of the sanitary system. among the results it can be highlighted that the sanitary map has changed from having six health areas to nine at the present day, the work organization in medical centers has changed enormously, so that new professional have been joining enlarging the number of assistance hours. Medical centers have been computerized and also in these years there has been a demographic and immigrant increase producing an important medical assistance overload. The relationship between the primary attention doctor and the rest of assistance levels has had difficulties because of the bureaucracy and the lack of communication between both assistance levels. With the years, the number of specialists of phc has increased considerably as well as the number of scientific publications. Finally, the current situation of economical crisis and the publication of the royal act of extraordinary measures has caused different losses in the citizens rights.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
