El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar el concepto pol\u00e9mico de transferencia y tercera lengua (l3), as\u00ed como sus aplicaciones tanto en el contraste fon\u00e9tico, l\u00e9xico, gramatical y pragm\u00e1tico del ingl\u00e9s y el espa\u00f1ol  como en el an\u00e1lisis del proceso de la transferencia entre lenguas bas\u00e1ndose en un estudio experimental con alumnos chinos en Madrid que aprenden dos idiomas a la vez.
