Intenta adem\u00e1s, responder cuestiones fundamentales derelevancia en los sistemas estudiados usando principios electroanal\u00edticos. Talescuestiones en general no son susceptibles de ser respondidas eficientemente porotras t\u00e9cnicas experimentales. Un an\u00e1lisis tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo hasido utilizado en el modelado y en la simulaci\u00f3n de los datos que se presentan.M\u00e1s a\u00fan, se han hecho esfuerzos para proporcionar una descripci\u00f3n de amplioalcance en las discusiones referidas a nano-estructuras polim\u00e9ricas en forma decepillos adheridos a una superficie y cuyo estado conformacional responde adiferentes est\u00edmulos externos.La medici\u00f3n de las propiedades de transporte a nanoescala exige nuevos enfoquesexperimentales y te\u00f3ricos. Se necesita una perspectiva multidisciplinaria, queabarque desde la s\u00edntesis, hasta el auto-ensamblaje, correlacionando principiosb\u00e1sicos de la qu\u00edmica f\u00edsica y a la f\u00edsica te\u00f3rica.El uso combinado de diferentes t\u00e9cnicas experimentales como la espectroscopiade impedancia electroqu\u00edmica (eis), voltamperometr\u00eda c\u00edclica (cv), microbalanzade cristal de cuarzo con disipaci\u00f3n (qcm-d) o microscop\u00eda de fuerza at\u00f3mica(afm) permite obtener una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de fen\u00f3menos din\u00e1micosrelevantes, tales como los procesos de transporte molecular y transferencia deelectrones que tienen lugar en estas interfaces.Estructuras macromoleculares como las descritas juegan un papel importante en eldise\u00f1o racional de sistemas de liberaci\u00f3n controlada de f\u00e1rmacos o sensoresmateriales a base de pol\u00edmeros con respuesta transitoria, por nombrar s\u00f3lo unaspocas aplicaciones relevantes. En este contexto, el presente trabajo tiene comoobjetivo proporcionar nuevas herramientas y metodolog\u00edas para modificarsuperficies con pel\u00edculas polim\u00e9ricas delgadas y de car\u00e1cter responsivo quegeneren un deseado comportamiento interfacial \u00abinteligente\u00bb.El comportamiento responsivo de cepillos polim\u00e9ricos confinados en superficieexhibe bajo diferentes condiciones de temperatura y fuerza i\u00f3nica, efectosimportantes en transporte molecular en electrodos modificados.
