Bas\u00e1ndonos en el grado de diversidad gen\u00f3mica (variabilidad y\/o plasticidad gen\u00e9ticas) entre cepas procedentes de distintas fuentes de aislamiento, buscamos genes o regiones g\u00e9nicas que puedan emplearse bien como marcadores, bien como dianas para el desarrollo de m\u00e9todos moleculares para la atribuci\u00f3n de fuente. La base del an\u00e1lisis incluye una comparativa por cgh (comparative genomic hybridization) utilizando microarrays de adn que contienen el genoma universal de c. Jejuni y un an\u00e1lisis de la estructura poblacional mediante la t\u00e9cnica mlst (multilocus sequence typing).      Para ello fue necesario: a) seleccionar una colecci\u00f3n de cepas procedentes de diversas fuentes, asegurando la no clonalidad mediante eric-pcr; b) analizar la estructura poblacional y las relaciones filogen\u00e9ticas entre las cepas mediante mlst; c) establecer las condiciones experimentales \u00f3ptimas para la aplicaci\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica cgh; d) aplicar esta t\u00e9cnica al an\u00e1lisis de las cepas seleccionadas, evaluando la diversidad gen\u00f3mica en las cepas y buscando marcadores que relacionen la variabilidad gen\u00e9tica y las relaciones filogen\u00f3micas
