Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha demostrado mediante ensayos de campo y laboratorio, la transferencia a trigo hexaploide (l\u00edneas tr) de la resistencia a heterodera avenae desde el genomio u o c de aegilops triuncialis. La herencia de la resistencia en las l\u00edneas tr-353 y en dos l\u00edneas obtenidas de su retrocruzamiento con trigos comerciales, est\u00e1 determinada por un solo gen dominante, al que hemos denominado cre7. En la l\u00ednea tr-353 dicho gen no es al\u00e9lico con el gen cre1 en los cultivares loros e iskamish, cre2 en h-93-8 y cre4 en el trigo hexaploide sint\u00e9tico aus\/cpi.  el gen cre7 confiere resistencia frente al patotipo espa\u00f1ol ha71, 3 razas francesas y dos patotipos suecos de h.Avenae, as\u00ed como frente a la poblaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola de h.Filipjevi. La introducci\u00f3n de cre7 por retrocruzamiento en cultivares comerciales de trigo produce un incremento significativo en el rendimiento en terrenos infestados naturalmente y no introduce efectos delet\u00e9reos en ausencia de nematodos.  la resistencia se manifiesta en un retraso en el desarrollo del nematodo y en la inhibici\u00f3n de su multiplicaci\u00f3n. A nivel histol\u00f3gico, en los primeros estados de la infestaci\u00f3n aparecen reacciones necr\u00f3ticas (mecanismos de hipersensibilidad) y aunque se forman algunos sincitios, estos degeneran poco tiempo despu\u00e9s de su formaci\u00f3n. Se ha detectado la inducci\u00f3n, en ra\u00edces de las l\u00edneas resistentes (interacciones incompatibles), de determinados enzimas antioxidantes (per, est, sod y cat) en respuesta a la infestaci\u00f3n temprana por el patotipo espa\u00f1ol de h.Avenae ha71.  la l\u00ednea tr-353, de 42 cromosomas, no posee grandes fragmentos cromos\u00f3micos ni cromosomas completos for\u00e1neos de la especie silvestre denadora. La hip\u00f3tsis m\u00e1s factible es que presenta 4 dosis del cromosoma 4b y no tiene los correspondientes cromosomas del 4d. La resistencia pudiera estar integrada, por recombinaci\u00f3n, en una pareja cromos\u00f3mica del 4b.
