Sin embargo, su extensi\u00f3n, mediante la utilizaci\u00f3n de la anisotrop\u00eda de fluorescencia para la obtenci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes de orientaci\u00f3n molecular, a\u00fan no ha sido explorada a fondo. El proporcionar informaci\u00f3n sobre la orientaci\u00f3n molecular a escala nanom\u00e9trica es de gran inter\u00e9s para la comprensi\u00f3n de las funciones biol\u00f3gicas. Esta informaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 intr\u00ednsecamente relacionada con la estructura de los ensamblajes de prote\u00ednas en las membranas celulares, la polimerizaci\u00f3n y la agregaci\u00f3n supra molecular, entre otros. En esta tesis, proponemos una t\u00e9cnica de microscop\u00eda de luz polarizada de s\u00faper resoluci\u00f3n, la cual permite visualizar el comportamiento de la orientaci\u00f3n molecular en ambientes din\u00e1micos y est\u00e1ticos. El objetivo final es el de poder reportar informaci\u00f3n estructural a nivel de mol\u00e9cula \u00fanica y escala espacial nanom\u00e9trica. Utilizando microscop\u00eda de reconstrucci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica estoc\u00e1stica (dstorm) en combinaci\u00f3n con detecci\u00f3n polarizada, las im\u00e1genes de anisotrop\u00eda de fluorescencia son reconstruidas con una resoluci\u00f3n espacial de varias decenas de nan\u00f3metros. Adem\u00e1s, el principio del m\u00e9todo ha sido validado num\u00e9ricamente en combinaci\u00f3n con modelos de mecanismos de orientaci\u00f3n molecular y delimitando las condiciones en que esta informaci\u00f3n se puede obtener con una precisi\u00f3n alta en muestras biol\u00f3gicas, principalmente en estructuras fibrilares. As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, se propone una t\u00e9cnica alternativa basada en la emisi\u00f3n de fluctuaciones estoc\u00e1sticas de mol\u00e9culas individuales: imagen de polarizaci\u00f3n con s\u00faper resoluci\u00f3n de fluctuaciones (polar-sofi). Adem\u00e1s comparamos esta t\u00e9cnica con la anterior, en t\u00e9rminos de la informaci\u00f3n obtenida y la resoluci\u00f3n espacial. Finalmente, ilustramos ambas t\u00e9cnicas para la obtenci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes del orden molecular de fibras de estr\u00e9s de actina y tubulina en c\u00e9lulas fijas, fibras de adn y fibrillas de
