En la primera parte, se aborda la s\u00edntesis de radiotrazadores marcados con el is\u00f3topo emisor de positrones nitr\u00f3geno-13. Se desarrollaron en primer lugar m\u00e9todos para la preparaci\u00f3n de nitrosaminas, nitrosotioles y compuestos azo marcados con nitr\u00f3geno-13 utilizando la tecnolog\u00eda de microfluidos. Posteriormente, se adapt\u00f3 un m\u00f3dulo autom\u00e1tico comercial para la preparaci\u00f3n de azoderivados marcados a mayor escala, para su posterior evaluaci\u00f3n como marcadores in vivo e in vitro de la placa de beta-amiloide en modelos animales. Los ensayos demostraron que dos de los compuestos sintetizados son aptos para la identificaci\u00f3n de la presencia de placas de beta-amiloide in vivo. En la segunda parte del trabajo, se abord\u00f3 la preparaci\u00f3n de derivados del o-carborano, aptos para su marcaje con is\u00f3topos emisores de positrones o de fot\u00f3n \u00fanico, como potenciales f\u00e1rmacos con utilizaci\u00f3n en la terapia del c\u00e1ncer por captura de neutrones (bnct).
