Baker y eucharis amazonica linden ex planchon. Los resultados alcanzados se pueden resumir en el siguiente protocolo:  1,- inducci\u00f3n de brotes, medio ms sumplementado con carb\u00f3n activado (5 g\/l)  2,- multiplicacion secundaria, medio ms suplementado con 2,4-d y bap (bencilaminopurina) a la concentraci\u00f3n de 0.1 y 1 mg\/l respectivamente. para s. Incarnatum que mostr\u00f3 una baja respuesta a la adici\u00f3n de fitoreguladores, esta multiplicaci\u00f3n se consigue usando la placa basal de los brotes obtenidos in vitro.  3,- cultivo en medio l\u00edquido, a la concentraci\u00f3n de 60 \u00f3 90 g\/l de sacarosa y bajo agitaci\u00f3n (110 r.P.M) con repicajes frecuentes (cada 14 d\u00edas) para acelerar el crecimiento de los explantos.  4,- engrosamiento de bulbos, medio ms s\u00f3lido con 60 \u00f3 90 g\/l de sacarosa.  5,- emplazamiento, medio ms suplementado con \u00e1cido naftalenac\u00e9tico (naa) a 0.1 mg\/l.  6,- aclimatizacion, perlita:vermiculita (2:1) como sustrato y condiciones de fotoper\u00edodo largo (aproximadamente 100% de supervivencia).  asimismo se utilizaron agregados meristem\u00e1ticos de narcissus confusus pugsley, una especie con alto contenido de galantamina (un alcaloide con gran valor a\u00f1adido debido a su utilizaci\u00f3n en la farmacoterapia de la enfermedad de alzheimer), con la finaldiad de incrementar la producci\u00f3n de este alcaloide por cultivo de los explantos en medio l\u00edquido. Se observ\u00f3 que la adici\u00f3n de ppm un complejo antibi\u00f3tico-antimic\u00f3tico, no afect\u00f3 el crecimiento de los explantos ni la producci\u00f3n de alcaloides a la dosis recomendada (0,5 ml\/l). Por otra parte, la modificaci\u00f3n de las conentraciones e cl2ca, znso4, cl2co y cusdo4, as\u00ed como la adici\u00f3n de vanadio al medio resultaron en una disminuci\u00f3n de la producci\u00f3n de
