As\u00ed, en el caso dehidroamidaciones intramoleculares de alquinos convenientementedifuncionalizados como la n-(2-((2-aminofenil)fenil)acetamida, fueposible obtener la indolo[1,2-a]quinazolina tras un proceso t\u00e1ndemde doble ciclaci\u00f3n, probando asimismo que dicho proceso tambi\u00e9npod\u00eda llevarse a cabo tan solo asistido por catalizadores de hierro.A partir de este resultado, se ensay\u00f3 la reacci\u00f3n dehidroamidaci\u00f3n intramolecular mediada \u00fanicamente por cs2co3 ensustratos m\u00e1s complejos, y finalmente, se desarroll\u00f3 unprocedimiento en cascada r\u00e1pido, sencillo y eficiente para la s\u00edntesisde sistemas poliheteroc\u00edclicos fusionados mediante un catalizadorabundante y barato como es el febr2.
