En cuanto a las funciones met\u00e1licas, el estudio se ha centrado en la espinela de cobre-hierro cufe2o4, cuyo comportamiento se ha comparado al catalizador convencional de cu-zno-al2o3 (cza) utilizado en el reformado de metanol y a catalizadores basados en metales nobles como pt y rh. Una vez determinadas las funciones \u00e1cida y met\u00e1lica m\u00e1s adecuadas para las etapas individuales, se ha procedido a la optimizaci\u00f3n del catalizador bifuncional para el proceso global.Los ensayos cin\u00e9ticos, de hasta 40 h de duraci\u00f3n, se han llevado a cabo en un reactor de lecho fluidizado, en el intervalo entre 300-500 \u00c2\u00bac, tiempo espacial hasta 1.2 gcatalizadorh(moldme)-1, relaci\u00f3n molar vapor\/dme entre 3 y 8 y presi\u00f3n parcial de dme entre 0.05 y 0.2 bar.
