Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las curvas monomiales irreducibles, de inter\u00e9s en varios campos de las matem\u00e1ticas, est\u00e1n ampliamente estudiadas desde muchos puntos de vista. en particular, su estructura permite realizar c\u00e1lculos utilizando t\u00e9cnicas puramente combinatorias. En esta tesis se propone una generalizaci\u00f3n del concepto al caso de curvas con varios componentes. Para ello se utiliza el punto de vista de las ecuaciones impl\u00edcitas: una curva algebraica af\u00edn ser\u00e1 monomial si su ideal aasociado es binomial. Los tres apartados que se estudian son:  1,- las componentes de una curva monomial son a su vez monomiales, y por tanto parametrizables por monomios.
