Nieves Mu\u00f1oz Rodriguez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Introducci\u00f3n la atenci\u00f3n al parto ha evolucionado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os debido a un cambio de modelo asistencial m\u00e1s centrado en la mujer y sus necesidades y menos en el modelo medicalizado y biom\u00e9dico implantando en espa\u00f1a, lo que influye en el desarrollo profesional de las matronas. objetivos \u00c2\u00bf indagar en las percepciones de las matronas en relaci\u00f3n a sus competencias profesionales en la atenci\u00f3n al parto normal en los seis hospitales con maternidad de la regi\u00f3n de murcia. \u00c2\u00bf profundizar en las relaciones entre profesionales y las articulaciones de poder dentro del sistema sanitario, con respecto a la atenci\u00f3n a la mujer y su influencia en las representaciones, discursos y pr\u00e1cticas de los y las profesionales matronas en la regi\u00f3n de murcia. \u00c2\u00bf conocer el reconocimiento profesional percibido y expresado por las matronas entrevistadas y descubrir y analizar qu\u00e9 sentimientos y emociones genera dicho reconocimiento en estas profesionales. metodolog\u00eda metodolog\u00eda cualitativa por su enfoque hol\u00edstico e integrador, cuyo objetivo principal es el de descubrir qu\u00e9 es lo que ocurre en realidad, buscando los significados atribuidos por las y los protagonistas de las acciones concretas en las situaciones que se investigan, a trav\u00e9s de la fenomenolog\u00eda. resultados y conclusiones las percepciones que tienen las matronas acerca del desarrollo de sus competencias profesionales en la actualidad, est\u00e1n m\u00e1s influenciadas por la realidad asistencial en la que trabajan y las relaciones con otros\/as grupos profesionales que atienden a la mujer y a su hijo\/a en su nacimiento que por su propio programa formativo.  introduction delivery care has evolved in the last few years due to a change of care model more focused on women and their needs and less medicalized and biomedical model implemented in spain, which influences the professional development of midwives. objectives \u00c2\u00bf investigate the midwives perceptions in relation to their professional care in normal birth in six maternity hospitals in the region of murcia skills. \u00c2\u00bf delve into relationships between professionals and joints of power within the health system, with respect to the care of women and their influence on the representations, discourses and practices of midwives and professionals in the region of murcia. \u00c2\u00bf acknowledge the professional recognition perceived and expressed by the midwives interviewed and discover and analyze what feelings and emotions generate such recognition in these professionals. methodology qualitative methodology for its holistic and inclusive approach, in which all contributions are valuable and whose main objective is to find out what happens in reality seeking the meanings attributed by the protagonists and concrete actions in situations investigated through phenomenology. results and conclusions the midwives perceptions about the development of their professional skills at present are mainly influenced by the realities of health care in which they work in and by the relationships with other professional groups that attend the woman and her child in his \/ her birth, more than by their own training
