Creemos que en este desarrollo ha influido, al menos en parte, la publicaci\u00f3n del libro blanco de la atenci\u00f3n temprana. Consideramos que esta publicaci\u00f3n constituye el punto de inflexi\u00f3n a partir del cual se han empezado a constatar dichos cambios. En este sentido, nuestro inter\u00e9s al desarrollar esta tesis doctoral, se dirige a conocer si ha existido una evoluci\u00f3n en la poblaci\u00f3n atendida y objeto de estudio, as\u00ed como en los modelos de intervenci\u00f3n aplicados a ella desde esta publicaci\u00f3n. Pensamos que la descripci\u00f3n y el an\u00e1lisis de estos avances pueden ser relevantes para aportar conclusiones que puedan  mejorar el  futuro de esta disciplina.      para ello hemos analizado la evoluci\u00f3n de un centro de desarrollo infantil y atenci\u00f3n temprana de car\u00e1cter p\u00fablico, desde su creaci\u00f3n hasta la actualidad, concretamente el cdiat municipal de \u00e1guilas, murcia. Hemos elegido dos d\u00e9cadas: 1990-2000 y 2001-2010, porque son representativas del desarrollo de estos centros y porque justamente en el a\u00f1o 2000 se public\u00f3 el &quot;libro blanco de la atenci\u00f3n temprana&quot; y este hecho nos permite conocer en qu\u00e9 medida los cambios de paradigma formulados en \u00e9l tuvieron repercusi\u00f3n en la evoluci\u00f3n de la at. Hemos realizado un registro de variables sociodemogr\u00e1ficas, variables concretas de la poblaci\u00f3n atendida, como las patolog\u00edas o los tipos de tratamiento recibidos y variables m\u00e1s ambientales, como diferentes escolarizaciones o fuentes de derivaci\u00f3n, para posteriormente realizar un an\u00e1lisis descriptivo de todos estos datos, compar\u00e1ndolos a trav\u00e9s de las dos d\u00e9cadas de existencia de este centro.       en este estudio han participado la totalidad de la poblaci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os y familias atendidos en el cdiat de \u00e1guilas, en concreto 660 ni\u00f1os que han sido dados de alta y baja en este centro a lo largo de los 20 a\u00f1os se\u00f1alados, de ellos 442 eran ni\u00f1os (67%) y 218 ni\u00f1as (33%), de edades comprendidas entre los 0 y los 6 a\u00f1os, que presentaban alg\u00fan tipo de trastorno en su desarrollo o que ten\u00edan alg\u00fan riesgo de padecerlo.        los resultados de esta tesis han constatado un gran numero de cambios entre estas dos d\u00e9cadas, entre los m\u00e1s significativos estar\u00edan la evoluci\u00f3n del modelo rehabilitador al psicoeducativo, la transformaci\u00f3n a equipos multidisciplinares con  funcionamiento  interdisciplinar, el aumento de la prevenci\u00f3n que entre otras consecuencias baja la edad de inicio de los tratamientos y aumenta el tiempo de permanencia en el centro. Existen cambios en las derivaciones, en la estructura de la familia y en las intervenciones realizadas con ella. Las patolog\u00edas atendidas tambi\u00e9n sufren transformaciones, aparecen los riesgo biol\u00f3gico\/social y alteraciones psicomotoras, lo que provoca que la frecuencia  y los tipos de  tratamientos tambi\u00e9n sufran modificaciones.    de los resultados obtenidos, deducimos que han existido importantes cambios con respecto a los conceptos, metodolog\u00eda, estructura, organizaci\u00f3n, composici\u00f3n del equipo y poblaci\u00f3n atendida en las dos d\u00e9cadas que han sido sometidas a estudio y que efectivamente la edici\u00f3n del libro blanco parece haber constituido un hito importante, al impulsar objetivos, conceptos y procedimientos diferentes que han quedado reflejados en los cambios observados de la segunda d\u00e9cada.     podemos afirmar que la publicaci\u00f3n del lbat ha tenido una gran repercusi\u00f3n en la a.T. Actual, impulsando todos los cambios y la evoluci\u00f3n producida hasta ahora y que adem\u00e1s sigue en plena vigencia.   abstract. in spain, the practice of early intervention has been evolving alongside societal and scientific advances, experiencing a series of conceptual and methodological changes that have directly influenced as much the way professionals work, as the organization and functioning of the centres themselves. We believe that this development has influenced, at least in part, the publication of the libro blanco de la atenci\u00f3n temprana. We believe that this publication is the turning point from which we have begun to see those changes. The thesis aims to find out if there has been an evolution in the population served, the object of study and the intervention models applied from this publication. We think that description and analysis of these developments may produce conclusions that can improve the future of the discipline. \twe have analyzed the evolution of a center for child development and early intervention (cdiat), a municipal centre in \u00e1guilas, murcia, from its inception to the present. We have chosen two decades: 1990-2000 and 2001-2010, as they are representative of the development of these centres and because it is precisely in the year 2000 that the libro blanco de la atenci\u00f3n temprana (lbat) was published. This fact allows us to see the extent to which changes of the formulated paradigm impact the evolution of early intervention. We have taken into account socio-demographic variables, variables specific to the population served such as the diseases or the types of treatment received and additional environmental variables, like different schooling or sources of referrals and then performed a descriptive analysis of the data, comparing it through the two decades of the centre&apos;s existence. \tthe study includes data from all children and families served by the cdiat in \u00e1guilas. Of the 660 children admitted and discharged in this center over the 20 years, 442 of them were children (67 %) and 218 girls (33 %), between the ages of 0 and 6 years. All were identified as having some kind of disorder in their development or were at risk of developing one. \tthe results of this thesis show a large number of changes between these two decades. Among the most significant are the evolution of the rehabilitative model to the psycho-educational, the transformation to multidisciplinary teams with interdisciplinary functions and increased prevention that lowers the age at which treatment starts and increases the time spent in the center. There are also changes in the types of referrals, in the family structure and interventions made within it. The pathologies also undergo transformations. The appearance of biological\/social risk factors and psychomotor alterations, all cause the frequency and the types of treatments to be modified. \tof the results obtained, we can deduce that there have been significant changes with respect to the concepts, methodology, structure, organization and composition of the team and population served in the two decades under consideration. In addition, the issuing of the lbat seems to have constituted an important milestone to promote objectives, concepts and different procedures that have been reflected in the observed changes of the second decade. \twe can affirm that the publication of the lbat has had a great impact in current early intervention, impelling all of the changes and developments produced so far and that continue to
