{"id":11659,"date":"2018-03-09T08:57:08","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:57:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudio-sobre-los-mecanismos-de-regulacion-del-flujo-coronario-durante-la-taquicardia\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T08:57:08","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:57:08","slug":"estudio-sobre-los-mecanismos-de-regulacion-del-flujo-coronario-durante-la-taquicardia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/estudio-sobre-los-mecanismos-de-regulacion-del-flujo-coronario-durante-la-taquicardia\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudio sobre los mecanismos de regulaci\u00f3n del flujo coronario durante la taquicardia"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> F\u00e9lix-carlos P\u00e9rez Villa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Objetivos  estudiar el efecto de la inhibici\u00f3n de la ciclooxigenasa, el efecto de la inhibici\u00f3n selectiva de la s\u00edntesis de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico por la v\u00eda de la l-arginina y el efecto de las concentraciones elevadas de angiotensina ii, sobre la respuesta del flujo sangu\u00edneo coronaria de la taquicardia producida por estimulaci\u00f3n auricular en un modelo porcino.  m\u00e9todos  en sesenta y tres cerdos, el flujo coronario y la presi\u00f3n a\u00f3rtica fueron resgistradas y la resistencia vascular coronaria calculada, en la situaci\u00f3n basal y para cada frecuencia de estimulaci\u00f3n auricular, antes y despu\u00e9s de administrar suero salino (n=6), meclofenamato 5mg\/kg, iv (n=7), meclofenamato 35mg\/kg, iv (n=4), l-name (n=9), l-name m\u00e1s l-arginina (n=5), angiotensina i (n=9), angiotensina ii (n=8), angiotensina ii m\u00e1s l-name (n=10) o angiotensina ii m\u00e1s meclofenamato (n=5).  resultados  el aumento normal del flujo coronario provocado por la estimulaci\u00f3n auricular r\u00e1pida no se modific\u00f3 tras administrar suero salino, meclofenanato, l-arginina m\u00e1s l-name, o angiotensina i, el incremento m\u00e1ximo en flujo coronario con la estimulaci\u00f3n auricular se redujo significativamente en los grupos que recibieron l-name, angiotensina ii, angiotensina ii m\u00e1s l-name o angiotensina ii m\u00e1s meclofenamato.  conclusiones  en el cerdo, el aumento del flujo coronario que acompa\u00f1a a la taquicardia est\u00e1 mediado, en parte, por la liberaci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido n\u00edtrico end\u00f3eno. El bloqueo de la ciclooxigenasa no modifica la respuesta de la circulaci\u00f3n coronaria a la estimulaci\u00f3n auricular r\u00e1pida. Concentraciones moderadamente elevadas de angiotensina ii reducen el flujo coronario durante la taquicardia inducida por electroestimulaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
