Las dimensiones de las npus dependen principalmente del peso molecular del pol\u00edmero precursor, la cantidad de entrecruzante empleado, la propia naturaleza del pol\u00edmero y la calidad del disolvente en la que se da la reacci\u00f3n. En concreto, en esta tesis se han analizado tres aspectos principales relacionados con las npus:1.       Leyes de escala para npus, en particular, leyes de escala relativas al peso molecular y polidispersidad aparentes, radio hidrodin\u00e1mico y viscosidad intr\u00ednseca.2.       Preparaci\u00f3n de npus catal\u00edticas que imitan el comportamiento de las enzimas, en concreto, de enzimas reductasas y polimerasas.3.
