Para ello planteamos los siguientes objetivos: 1- evaluar la p\u00e9rdida \u00f3sea crestal seg\u00fan la posici\u00f3n crestal o subcrestal del implante (posici\u00f3n m\u00e1s id\u00f3nea en sentido apico-coronal). 2- evaluar la p\u00e9rdida \u00f3sea crestal y los tejidos blandos periimplantarios seg\u00fan el dise\u00f1o del cuello del implante. 3- evaluar la influencia de los dise\u00f1os de los aditamentos de cicatrizaci\u00f3n inmediatos en tejidos duros y blandos periimplantarios. material y m\u00e9todos: se realiz\u00f3 un estudio piloto en perros. A los cu\u00e1les se les extrajeron segundo, tercer y cuarto premolar y primer molar mandibulares colocando implantes inmediatos. se colocaron implantes en posici\u00f3n crestal y subcrestal, se colocaron dos tipos de dise\u00f1o de implantes (con un dise\u00f1o con microroscas en su parte coronal y otro con un dise\u00f1o con cuello pulido en su parte coronal) y se colocaron 2 tipos de aditamentos de cicatrizaci\u00f3n(uno con un dise\u00f1o recto y otro con un dise\u00f1o anat\u00f3mico). los perros se sacrificaron a las 8 y 12 semanas y se obtuvieron las muestras. Las biopsias ser\u00e1n procesadas para el an\u00e1lisis. Se relizaron an\u00e1lisis histom\u00e9tricos(con medidas relativas) para comparar los diferentes objetivos mencionados anterioremente.   en orden a cumplimentar los objetivos propuestos para este trabajo de tesis doctoral, la investigaci\u00f3n se aborda desde una triple perspectiva:  en primer t\u00e9rmino, compara 24 implantes colocados en posici\u00f3n crestal y 24 implantes colocados en posici\u00f3n subcrestal, en segundo t\u00e9rmino, se comparan 24 implantes con un dise\u00f1o a nivel coronal de superf\u00edcie pulida del implante, con 24 implantes con un dise\u00f1o de microroscas a nivel coronal del implante y por \u00faltimo se compararan los aditamentos de cicatrizaci\u00f3n inicial, 24 implantes con un aditamento con forma anat\u00f3mica y 24 implantes con un aditamento con forma recta c\u00f3ncava. conclusi\u00f3n las conclusiones de nuestro estudio fueron: &#8211; con la colocaci\u00f3n de implantes 2 mm subcrestales en sentido vertical, en vez de en una posici\u00f3n crestal, podemos esperar menos reabsorci\u00f3n \u00f3sea, y m\u00e1s contacto de hueso con el implante, en colocaci\u00f3n de implantes inmediatos post-extracci\u00f3n. &#8211; el dise\u00f1o a nivel del cuello del implante puede influir en la reabsorci\u00f3n \u00f3sea y en la predisposici\u00f3n de los tejidos blandos, siendo mejor un dise\u00f1o con microroscas en la parte cervical del implante. &#8211; la utilizaci\u00f3n de un aditamento de cicatrizaci\u00f3n con dise\u00f1o anat\u00f3mico  en implantes inmediatos post-extracci\u00f3n protege tejidos blandos y duros, pudiendo producir menos reabsorci\u00f3n \u00f3sea y mayor r\u00edgidez de la mucosa periimplantaria.  objectives:  our work  in american fox hound dogs aims to assess the behavior of titanium implants, depending on its placement in the bone vertically and on the design of the implant and abutment at the stage of healing, for use in dental practice. For this purpose we propose the following objectives: 1- evaluate crestal bone loss according to the position of the implant, crestal or subcrestal (most suitable position in apico-coronal direction). 2- evaluate the crestal bone loss and peri-implant soft tissue according to the design of the implant neck. 3- evaluate the influence of designs abutments  on immediate healing in peri-implant hard and soft tissues. material and methods:  a pilot study was conducted in dogs. They were extracted second, third and fourth  premolar and first molar placing immediate implants.  the implants were placed  crestal and subcrestally with two types of implant design (with a microthreated design in the coronal part and one with a polished  design  in the coronal part. And two types of healing abutments were placed (one with a straight concave design and one with an anatomical design). the dogs were sacrificed at 8 and 12 weeks and the samples were obtained. The biopsies will be processed for analysis. Perform the histomorphometric analysis (with relative measurements) to compare the different objectives of previously mentioned. in order to fulfill the objectives for this doctoral thesis, research is approached from three perspectives: firstly, compared 24 implants placed in  crestal position and 24 implants placed subcrestally , secondly compared  24 implants  with a  microtheared design in the coronal part (neck of the implant) and 24 implants with  a polished surface in the coronal part, and finally compared healing abutments, 24 implants with anatomical shaped and 24 implants with concave straight shape. conclusion  the findings of our study were:  &#8211; with implants placed  2 mm subcrestally, we can expect less bone resorption and more bone contact with the implant, placing  implants immediate post-extraction. &#8211; the design of the implant neck may influence in bone resorption and in the remodeling of the soft tissues, being better  the design with microthreated in the cervical part of the implant. &#8211; the use of a healing abutment with anatomical design in immediate post-extraction implant protects hard and soft tissues and can produce less bone resorption
