Dise\u00f1ar e implantar un sistema de calidad en la farmacia seg\u00fan los requisitos de la  norma iso 9001. 2. Dise\u00f1ar e implantar un programa de mejora continua de la calidad en la oficina de farmacia. 2.1.-Identificar los puntos cr\u00edticos en cada una de las fases de los procesos e implantar las medidas definidas para su control y registro. 2.2 consensuar con un grupo de expertos en calidad los puntos cr\u00edticos obtenidos, definiendo los indicadores pertinentes. 3. Analizar la evoluci\u00f3n de la calidad de las oficinas de farmacia integradas en el programa de mejora continua. metodolog\u00eda &#8211;\tel colegio de farmac\u00e9uticos de la regi\u00f3n de murcia (cofrm) lanz\u00f3 una propuesta a las oficinas de farmacia para implantar el sistema de calidad, seg\u00fan la norma iso 9001. Una vez implantadas las medidas requeridas por la norma, se evalu\u00f3 su cumplimiento mediante las auditorias externas.  posteriormente, se decidi\u00f3 establecer un programa de mejora continua que garantizara la evoluci\u00f3n progresiva del sistema de calidad, que requer\u00eda las siguientes acciones: a)\tidentificar los puntos cr\u00edticos en cada una de las fases de los procesos operativos de la oficina de farmacia e implantar las medidas definidas para su control y registro haciendo uso de la herramienta de  an\u00e1lisis de peligros y puntos cr\u00edticos de control(appcc).  b)\tconsensuar con un grupo de expertos en calidad los puntos cr\u00edticos obtenidos, definiendo los siguientes conceptos: valores de referencia y ponderaci\u00f3n del grado de cumplimiento, as\u00ed como el consenso de un sistema de clasificaci\u00f3n del grado de implantaci\u00f3n del sistema de calidad en las oficinas de farmacia. para la ejecuci\u00f3n del objetivo 3, las farmacias introdujeron los datos en los formatos descritos en el procedimiento de aplicaci\u00f3n en el programa lotus notes. Posteriormente el departamento de calidad los introdujo en una hoja de c\u00e1lculo dise\u00f1ada espec\u00edficamente para ser tratada por el paquete estad\u00edstico  ibm spss 17.0 .Se realiz\u00f3 un an\u00e1lisis descriptivo bivariante, usando el test de x2 o la t de student, seg\u00fan el car\u00e1cter cualitativo o cuantitativo de la variable independiente, reforzando la comparaci\u00f3n del estudio con las pruebas de anova. resultados el plan de trabajo se distribuy\u00f3 a 54 en el periodo 2005-2007. Una vez implantadas las medidas exigidas por la norma iso 9001, todas las farmacias superaron con \u00e9xito la auditoria externa y obtuvieron el sello de calidad.  tras aplicar la herramienta de appcc, se identificaron un total de 34 puntos cr\u00edticos de control a los que se les atribuyeron los indicadores pertinentes para su control y registro. Estos indicadores fueron consensuados, en la segunda ronda del  panel de expertos.  en el programa de mejora participaron 25 farmacias de las 54 que consiguieron el primer objetivo de certificaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan la iso 9001. Las farmacias del programa de mejora tienen entre el 91 y el 95% de la puntuaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima que se puede alcanzar. conclusiones  se ha dise\u00f1ado un programa de mejora que permite evaluar el nivel de calidad de las farmacias siendo un sistema sensible a peque\u00f1as variaciones que permite identificar las desviaciones de una forma \u00e1gil, adoptar las acciones necesarias con la mayor brevedad posible.  El programa de mejora es f\u00e1cilmente integrable con cualquier otro sistema de gesti\u00f3n y adem\u00e1s es flexible a futuras incorporaciones de procesos que permiten a la farmacia sistematizar determinadas actuaciones y analizar su repercusi\u00f3n en el sistema    the thesis aims there are three different aims 1.\tTo design and to establish a quality system in the chemist&apos;s according to the requirements of the iso 9001 rule.  2.\tTo design and to establish a programme of continuous improvement in the quality of the chemist&apos;s 2.1.To identify the crucial issues in each stage of the different processes and at the same time to stablish the defined measures to its control and registration. 2.2. To reach a consensus on the achieved crucial issues with a group of experts on quality defining at the same time the appropriate indicators. 3. To analyse the evolution of the quality in some chemists which joined the programme of   continuous improvement.   methodology the pharmaceutical official association in murcia (cofrm) made an offer to some chemists to establish the quality system according to the iso 9001 rule. Once the measures required by the rule were established, it was evaluated if those ones were fulfilled by the external audits. later a programme of continuous improvement was established to guarantee the gradual evolution of the quality system which required the following meassures: a)\tto identify the crucial issues in each step of the operative procedures in the chemist&apos;s and to establish the defined measures to its control and registration making use of the tool for risks analysis and crucial control measures (appcc). b)\tto reach a consensus on the achieved crucial issues with a group of experts defining the following items: reference and adjustment values within the achievement of the proposed goals together with a consensus on a classification system of the gradual establishment of the quality system in the chemist&apos;s. to carry out the aim number 3, chemists transferred the data into the established formats in the application procedure within the lotus notes programme. Later, the department of quality transferred them into a spreadsheet specially designed to be dealt with the ibm spss 17.0 statistical software package. A descriptive analysis with two variants was carried out using the x2 test or t of student according to the qualitative and quantitative nature of the independent variable reinforcing the comparision of the study with the anova tests.   results the work plan was assigned to 54 chemists between 2005-2007. Once the measures required by the iso 9001 rule were stablished, all the chemists successfully passed the external audit and they got the quality stamp. after putting into practice the tool appcc, 34 control critical issues were identified and subsequently establishing the appropriate indicators to its control and registration. These indicators were reached jointly within the second round of the experts commission. 25 chemists out of 54 taking part in the improvement programme got the first aim of certification according to the iso 9001 rule. Those chemists within the improvement programme achieved between 91 and 95% of the maximum score they can get.   conclusions an improvement programme has been designed to evaluate the chemists level of quality although being sensitive to slight variations which allow to identify any deviation in a very dynamic way and to adopt the necessary actions as soon as possible.
