Se ha descrito la existencia de una poblaci\u00f3n de fosfoinos\u00edtidos dentro del n\u00facleo celular que forman parte del nucleoplasma. Las funciones de los fosfoinos\u00edtidos en el interior del n\u00facleo no est\u00e1n claras. Las histonas son prote\u00ednas muy b\u00e1sicas que empaquetan el adn y se encuentran en el nucleoplasma, por lo que cabr\u00eda esperar una interacci\u00f3n con los fosfoinos\u00edtidos. En este trabajo se ha realizado un estudio biof\u00edsico para lograr una mejor comprensi\u00f3n del mecanismo de esta interacci\u00f3n l\u00edpido-prote\u00edna.
