{"id":116838,"date":"2014-12-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-12-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/situacion-general-y-desafa%c2%ados-del-modelo-de-empresa-cooperativa\/"},"modified":"2014-12-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2014-12-12T00:00:00","slug":"situacion-general-y-desafa%c2%ados-del-modelo-de-empresa-cooperativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/innovacion-tecnologica\/situacion-general-y-desafa%c2%ados-del-modelo-de-empresa-cooperativa\/","title":{"rendered":"Situaci\u00f3n general y desaf\u00edos del modelo de empresa cooperativa."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Maged Eid <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Resumen \ten esta tesis doctoral se analiza la situaci\u00f3n del movimiento cooperativo a nivel internacional y nacional, tras la celebraci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o internacional de las cooperativas declarado por la onu el a\u00f1o 2012, en el que se reconoce la importancia de este modelo de empresa en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social, recordando esta declaraci\u00f3n la necesidad de reforzar la visibilidad y los apoyos destinados a su fomento.  en los dos primeros cap\u00edtulos se presentan los resultados de un cuestionario realizado a expertos del sector en el \u00e1mbito internacional siguiendo la metodolog\u00eda delphi. El an\u00e1lisis de sus respuestas permiti\u00f3 comprobar c\u00f3mo la celebraci\u00f3n del aic ha elevado la conciencia p\u00fablica, siendo optimistas en el reconocimiento social y el crecimiento que el sector tendr\u00e1 en la pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada. La informaci\u00f3n aportada por los expertos permiti\u00f3 identificar algunos de los principales desaf\u00edos a los que se enfrentan las cooperativas en pa\u00edses con diferentes niveles de desarrollo, siendo valiosas las buenas pr\u00e1cticas por ellos descritas, as\u00ed como las deficiencias identificadas en los marcos normativos y en las pol\u00edticas de apoyo nacionales, en general poco propicias para el desarrollo del sector, pese a sus valores e importantes beneficios sociales y econ\u00f3micos.  en los dos siguientes cap\u00edtulos se analiza el modelo de empresa cooperativa agroalimentaria, de gran tradici\u00f3n e importancia en el mundo. Este estudio permiti\u00f3 cuantificar la dimensi\u00f3n que alcanzan las cooperativas de este sector en espa\u00f1a, analizando sus principales estrategias de crecimiento e innovaci\u00f3n. La amplia informaci\u00f3n generada para un total de 71 cooperativas y sat del sector en la regi\u00f3n de murcia, permiti\u00f3 comprobar los altos niveles de competitividad de este modelo de empresa, pero sobre todo, su capacidad de adaptaci\u00f3n a los requerimientos del mercado en t\u00e9rminos de escala, calidad y diferenciaci\u00f3n de productos. Adem\u00e1s, a partir de una base de datos de 278 empresas de comercializaci\u00f3n de frutas y hortalizas, se comprob\u00f3 el esfuerzo realizado por parte de las cooperativas, y el liderazgo que tienen las empresas de tama\u00f1o intermedio en t\u00e9rminos de implantaci\u00f3n de sellos y certificados de calidad e inocuidad, imprescindibles para el mantenimiento de su capacidad competitiva.  finalmente, en los dos \u00faltimos cap\u00edtulos se analizan los datos de una encuesta realizada a 321 ciudadanos de la regi\u00f3n de murcia, comprob\u00e1ndose el escaso grado de conocimiento y notoriedad de las cooperativas, y la imagen positiva que de estas tienen los ciudadanos. Adem\u00e1s, se estudiaron los niveles de reputaci\u00f3n -emocional y racional- que estas alcanzan, en general ligeramente inferiores a los que tienen otros tipos de empresas, excepto en t\u00e9rminos de \u00e9tica en la gesti\u00f3n y la preocupaci\u00f3n por la sociedad. Las dimensiones de la reputaci\u00f3n en las que cooperativas son m\u00e1s vulnerables -innovaci\u00f3n, trato a los empleados o preocupaci\u00f3n por la sociedad-, contrasta con la fortaleza que presentan en t\u00e9rminos de calidad de sus productos, liderazgo, rentabilidad y \u00e9tica de gesti\u00f3n, siendo importantes los esfuerzos que estas han de realizar hasta poder alcanzar los niveles de excelencia reconocidos a empresas capitalistas l\u00edderes en t\u00e9rminos de rentabilidad, liderazgo, calidad de la oferta o grado de innovaci\u00f3n.  palabras clave: cooperativas, a\u00f1o internacional de cooperativas, desaf\u00edo 2020, competitividad e innovaci\u00f3n, notoriedad y reputaci\u00f3n.    abstract \tin this thesis the situation of the cooperative movement at the international and national level is analyzed after the celebration of the international year of cooperatives, declared by the un for 2012. This declaration enabled the recognition of this business model in economic and social development, reminding the need to strengthen the visibility and support aimed to its promotion. \tthe results of the sector expert questionnaire in the international level following the delphi methodology are presented in the first two chapters. The analysis of these responses allowed highlighting the effect of iyc celebration raising public awareness, being optimistic about the growth and social recognition that the sector will gain in the next decade. \tthe information provided by the consulted experts permitted to identify some of the major challenges facing cooperatives in countries with different levels of development. Valuable positive practices as well as the identified deficiencies in the regulatory frameworks and in the national policies support are showed; in general are hardly conducive to the development of the sector, despite its values and its significant benefits at social and economical level. \tthe following two chapters analyze the agro-food cooperative business model which is a traditional and important model in the world. This study allowed quantifying the dimension reached by the cooperative sector in spain and analyzing their main strategies of growth and innovation. The extensive information generated by 71 cooperatives and agrarian transformation company (atc) sector in the region of murcia, verified the high levels of competitiveness of this business model, especially, its capacity to adapt to market requirements in terms of scale, quality and product differentiation.  \tmoreover, based on a database of 278 companies of wholesale of fruit and vegetables, the effort made by the cooperatives, and the leadership of the medium size companies, in terms of implementation of stamps and certificates of quality and safety, were proved, essential to the maintenance of their competitiveness.  \tfinal chapters include the analyzed data from a survey of 321 citizens from the region of murcia, proving the low level of knowledge and notoriety of cooperatives, and the positive image that citizens have about them. Furthermore, the levels of emotional and rational reputation are investigated, in general are slightly lower in the case of cooperatives than in other types of businesses, except in terms of ethics in management and concern for society. \tThe dimensions of reputation in which cooperatives are more vulnerable, in terms of innovation, employee treatment or concern of society, contrast the strengths presented in terms of product quality, leadership, performance and ethical management. Although it is important to keep making more efforts to reach the level of excellence given to leading capitalist companies in terms of profitability, leadership, quality of supply or level of
