En su desarrollo se aplic\u00f3 el dise\u00f1o experimentaly  la  metodolog\u00eda  de  superficies  de  respuesta  para  el  estudio  y  la  optimizaci\u00f3n de  las condiciones experimentales. Adem\u00e1s se propuso una funci\u00f3n de respuesta cromatogr\u00e1fica  modificada   como  instrumento   sencillo  y                                               eficaz   para   optimizar   dichos   m\u00e9todos.   Las caracter\u00edsticas  anal\u00edticas  de  las  metodolog\u00edas  desarrolladas  fueron  evaluadas  de  forma satisfactoria  llevando  a  cabo  los  correspondientes  estudios  de  las  rectas  de  calibrado, precisi\u00f3n, exactitud,  limites  de  detecci\u00f3n  y  cuantificaci\u00f3n en  las  condiciones  \u00f3ptimas. Finalmente los m\u00e9todos descritos se utilizaron en el an\u00e1lisis de distintos productos comerciales para el cuidado personal y del hogar, demostrando la aplicabilidad de los mismos en diferentes matrices. Los resultados obtenidos con los tres procedimientos puestos a punto  as\u00ed como la sencillez del tratamiento de muestras. Ponen de manifiesto que dichas metodolog\u00edas son una alternativa  muy  interesante  a  otros  m\u00e9todos  convencionales  con  instrumentaci\u00f3n  mas compleja.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
