Los datos se han obtenido a trav\u00e9s de la aplicaci\u00f3n de un cuestionario que en realidad es la uni\u00f3n de varias pruebas en una sola aplicaci\u00f3n. resultados: se ha obtenido como resultados principales que la creatividad difiere entre los dos grupos de enfermeras estudiados, de tal modo que las enfermeras que trabajan en atenci\u00f3n primaria tienen un nivel m\u00e1s alto de dicha variable que las hospitalarias. Con relaci\u00f3n a las tres dimensiones del aprendizaje tambi\u00e9n poseen niveles m\u00e1s elevados. Las dimensiones relacionadas con el aprendizaje tienen influencias diferentes sobre el nivel de creatividad: la relaci\u00f3n es muy fuerte entre aprendizaje y creatividad, pero en cuanto a realizaci\u00f3n personal y estilos de aprendizaje, cuando sus valores aumentan, aumenta tambi\u00e9n el nivel de creatividad.  conclusi\u00f3n: podemos concluir entonces que el tener un aprendizaje desarrollado ayuda a ser m\u00e1s creativos.  descriptores: enfermera, enfermer\u00eda, creatividad, aprendizaje, educaci\u00f3n, comportamiento de b\u00fasqueda de informaci\u00f3n.   abstract  purpose: this work evaluates creativity and study learning in the nursing , in order to establish the relationship between the two variables. methodology: it is presented as a quantitative analytical study; in that it seeks to specify the relationships between the variables under study, &quot; learning &quot; and &quot; creativity &quot; in nurses of hospital and health centers in the area v of yecla. The data were obtained through a questionnaire which is actually the union of several tests in one application.  results: was obtained as main results that creativity differs between the two groups of nurses studied, so that nurses working in primary care have a higher level of both variables than hospital care. With regard to the three dimensions of learning also have higher levels. The dimensions related to learning have different influences on the level of creativity: the relationship is very strong between learning and creativity, but as for personal development and learning styles, when their values increase, so does the level of creativity. conclusion: it can be concluded, that having a developed  learning helps to be more creative.  descriptors: nurse, nursing,
