En este trabajo mostramos como la v\u00eda no can\u00f3nica de wnt\/ap1 dirige la diferenciaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas madre humanas y de las progenitoras neurales derivadas de c\u00e9lulas pluripotentes inducidas. Esto ocurre a trav\u00e9s de la actividad no can\u00f3nica de wnt-3a y atf2. Adem\u00e1s detetamos que los receptores implicados en este proceso de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n son fzd4, fzd5, ror1, y lrp6.
