Actualmente, la  nanolitograf\u00eda de microscop\u00eda de fuerzas (scanning probe lithography, spl) es una de las t\u00e9cnicas de litograf\u00eda alternativas m\u00e1s interesantes puesto que permite fabricar una gran variedad de nanodispositivos sobre pr\u00e1cticamente cualquier tipo de material: metales, semiconductores, pol\u00edmeros, monocapas autoensambladas y muestras biol\u00f3gicas. Algunas de las principales ventajas de la t\u00e9cnica son un gran control de posicionamiento en \u00e1reas muy localizadas, la capacidad de fabricar nanoestructuras con cualquier geometr\u00eda deseada, la realizaci\u00f3n de los experimentos bajo condiciones ambiente y el relativo bajo coste asociado al montaje experimental. Durante el desarrollo de esta tesis, la nanolitograf\u00eda de microscop\u00eda de fuerzas combinada con el proceso de ataque por iones reactivos (rie)  ha sido aplicada para fabricar transistores de efecto campo basados en nanohilos de silicio. Las curvas caracter\u00edsticas y los principales par\u00e1metros de transistor de estos dispositivos, movilidad, tensi\u00f3n umbral y pendiente subumbral, han sido estimados. Estos transistores decorados con nanopart\u00edculas de oro han sido empleados como fotosensores. Otro prototipo de dispositivo nanoelectr\u00f3nico fabricado por nanolitograf\u00eda de microscop\u00eda de fuerzas en la presente tesis es un transistor de efecto campo basado en sulfuro de
