Se ha desarrollado el dispositivo necesario para la asistencia mediante micromovimientos de alta frecuencia en la direcci\u00f3n de avance en el proceso de torneado. Para ello, se ha dise\u00f1ado el booster necesario para amplificar la vibraci\u00f3n obtenida mediante la teor\u00eda de la vibraci\u00f3n longitudinal de una barra de secci\u00f3n variable y posteriormente se ha optimizado dicho dise\u00f1o con la ayuda del an\u00e1lisis mediante el m\u00e9todo de elementos finitos. As\u00ed mismo, se presenta un estudio sistem\u00e1tico de car\u00e1cter experimental de la eficiencia de la asistencia de vibraci\u00f3n de alta frecuencia al proceso de torneado en t\u00e9rminos de formaci\u00f3n de viruta, temperaturas en la zona de corte, vida de la herramienta, rugosidad superficial en la pieza e integridad estructural de la pieza.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
