Rocio <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Imipramina es un antidepresivo triciclico que se caracteriza por presentar su efecto terapeutico tras un periodo de latencia y en relacion con la regulacion a la alta de los receptores 5-ht1a de hipocampo de rata, nos planteamos este trabajo con objeto de determinar la posible influencia de otros nucleos cerebrales en el periodo de latencia de imipramina. Determinamos las caracteristicas de los receptores 5-ht1a de corteza frontal de rata, tras el tratamiento con imipramina durante 1, 4,15 y 20 dias en dosis de 10,9 mg\/kg de peso, se determin\u00f3 el efecto antidepresivo mediante el test de natacion forzada y se determin\u00f3 la actividad motora del animal mediante el test de openfield.  imipramina no mostr\u00f3 efecto antidepresivo en tratamiento agudo al tiempo que increment\u00f3 la densidad de los receptores 5-ht1a de corteza frontal. imipramina mostro efecto antidepresivo a partir de los quince dias de tratamiento originando al mismo tiempo una disminuci\u00f3n de la densidad maxima de los receptores 5-ht1a de corteza frontal, concluimos que el efecto antidepresivo de imipramina se relaciona con una regulaci\u00f3n  a la baja de los receptores 5-ht1a de corteza frontal, mientras que la falta de presentacion de efecto antidepresivo de imipramina coincide con una regulacion a alta de los receptores 5-ht1a de corteza frontal, sugerimos que este efecto agudo de imipramina activaria sistemas de neurotransmision glutamergica que parten de corteza frontal y que inhibirian la neurotransmisions serotoninergica a nivel del nucleo del rafe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Modificacion de la neurotransmision 5-ht1a en corteza frontal de rata por imipramina y sam, tras diferentes periodos de tratamiento.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Modificacion de la neurotransmision 5-ht1a en corteza frontal de rata por imipramina y sam, tras diferentes periodos de tratamiento. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Ruiz Abad M.
