Objetivos: estudiar las caracter\u00edsticas neuromadurativas, cl\u00ednicas y baropodom\u00e9tricas de los ni\u00f1os con ppvfi y del grupo control y establecer las diferencias entre ambos. Desarrollar una clasificaci\u00f3n funcional de los pies entre 3 y 6 a\u00f1os.Material y m\u00e9todos: an\u00e1lisis descriptivo de las variables de la historia cl\u00ednica de 126 ni\u00f1os (66 ppvfi, 60 controles) de entre 36 y 83 meses de edad, y de las variables cl\u00ednicas y baropodom\u00e9tricas de 252 pies (91 ppvf, 161 controles), y diferencias entre cohortes. Estudio de la relaci\u00f3n entre variables est\u00e1ticas y din\u00e1micas. An\u00e1lisis de conglomerados con las variables baropodom\u00e9tricas.Resultados: los ppvfi presentaron mayor pronaci\u00f3n, menor flexi\u00f3n dorsal de tobillo y disminuci\u00f3n del apoyo de tal\u00f3n en la huella plantar. Se demostr\u00f3 correlaci\u00f3n entre variables est\u00e1ticas y antropom\u00e9tricas y diferentes variables baropodom\u00e9tricas en distintas regiones del pie, y entre la posici\u00f3n relajada de calc\u00e1neo en carga y la edad. Las variables baropodom\u00e9tricas fueron superiores en general en antepi\u00e9 y retropi\u00e9 e inferiores en mediopi\u00e9 en los ppvfi, con variaciones en el antepi\u00e9 en relaci\u00f3n con la edad. La evoluci\u00f3n por edades muestra una disminuci\u00f3n de la pronaci\u00f3n, un aumento de las variables baropodom\u00e9tricas en antepi\u00e9 y retropi\u00e9 y disminuci\u00f3n en mediopi\u00e9 en ambas cohortes. El an\u00e1lisis de conglomerados identific\u00f3 siete patrones baropodom\u00e9tricos.Conclusiones: observamos ligeras diferencias baropodom\u00e9tricas entre los ppvfi y el grupo control de nuestro estudio m\u00e1s marcadas en el antepi\u00e9. Los patrones baropodom\u00e9tricos din\u00e1micos son independientes de la clasificaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica del pie en nuestra muestra. Son necesarios m\u00e1s estudios baropodom\u00e9tricos en ni\u00f1os con ppvfi.Palabras clave: pie plano valgo flexible infantil, baropodometr\u00eda, ni\u00f1os, posici\u00f3n relajada del calc\u00e1neo en carga, arco longitudinal interno.Introduction: the baropodometry would allow to understand the dynamic behaviour of flexible flat foot (fff).Objetives: the objectives are to study the development and clinical characteristics, and the dynamic pedobarographic profiles of the fff children and of the control group, and to establish the differences between both groups. The aim is also to develop a functional classification of the feet in children between 3 and 6 years old.Material and methods: the descriptive analysis of the clinical review was done in 126 children (66 fff and 60 controls) between 36 and 83 months of age. The clinical and baropodometry analysis was done in 252 feet (91 fff and 161 controls) and the differences between cohorts were studied. The relationship between static and dynamic variables was also analyzed. Cluster analysis of pedobarograph variables was performed.Results: the fff showed greater pronation and lower ankle dorsiflexion. In the footprint we only observed differences between cohorts in the heel support. We found correlation between static and anthropometric variables and different pedobarograph variables in various regions of the foot, and between the relaxed calcaneal stance position and the age. In general, the pedobarograph variables are greater in the fff in the hindfoot and in the forefoot and lower in the midfoot, with variations in the forefoot with the age. The tendency with the age in each cohort shows a decreased in the pronation and an increased of pedobarograph variables in the forefoot and in the hindfoot and a decreased in the midfoot in both cohorts. Cluster analysis identified seven baropodometry patterns.Conclusions: there are shown slight baropodometric differences between fff and the control group focused in the forefoot. More baropodometric studies are necessaries in fff. The dynamic baropodometric patterns are independent of the clinical classification of the foot.
