Y por \u00faltimo, analizar el posicionamiento \u00e9tico de ambas poblaciones con respecto al parto natural.  m\u00e9todo se ha dise\u00f1ado una encuesta descriptiva, validada cualitativa y cuantitativamente, de 30 afirmaciones estructuradas y cuantificadas, siguiendo la escala likert en 5 anclajes. El tama\u00f1o muestral ha sido de 175 personas, 100 mujeres entre 18 y 50 a\u00f1os y 75 profesionales sanitarios.   conclusiones el parto natural no goza de aceptaci\u00f3n mayoritaria entre las mujeres de la comunidad aut\u00f3noma de murcia, y no constituye una demanda extendida entre la poblaci\u00f3n. En contraposici\u00f3n, un grupo poblacional minoritario, conoce y demanda la asistencia al parto en un modelo de parto natural. Los ginec\u00f3logos muestran un rechazo al parto natural, mientras el bin\u00f3mio matronas- auxiliares tienen una postura m\u00e1s receptivas. la poblaci\u00f3n sanitaria y la mayor parte de la poblaci\u00f3n femenina no comparte la \u00e9tica principalista del parto natural. Al mismo tiempo, un tercio de la poblaci\u00f3n general comparte y comprende esta \u00e9tica, donde la futura madre, de forma capacitada y bajo el principio de autonom\u00eda, tiene derecho a elegir cualquier lugar de parto.   abstract objetives the present study investigates about the degree of acceptance and the demand of home birth among women of the comunidad aut\u00f3noma de murcia, and observes the attitudes toward natural birth of health professionals in this community. Finally, the study analyses the ethical positioning of both populations with respect to home birth.  method a descriptive, qualitative and quantitatively validated survey was designed. 30 structured and quantified statements, following the likert scale of 5 anchors. The sample size was 175 people, 100 women between 18 and 50 years, and 75 health professionals.  conclusions home birth does not enjoy widespread acceptance among women in the region of murcia, and is not a widespread demand among the population. In contrast, a minority population group knows and demands the assistance to a model of natural childbirth. gynecologists show a rejection of home birth, while both midwifes and health assistances are more receptive. in general terms, healthcare professionals, and most of the female population in the regi\u00f3n of murcia, do not share the ethical statements of the home birth. At the same time, one third of the general population in this community shares and understands this ethic, where the mother, skilled and under the principle of autonomy, has the right to choose any
