Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El objetivo del presente trabajo ha sido la identificaci\u00f3n de genes que se expresan de manera diferencial durante la maduraci\u00f3n de los monocitos. utilizamos la tecnica del rna fingerprint para comparar la expresi\u00f3n g\u00e9nica tras la incubaci\u00f3n de c\u00e9lulas mononucleares con un p\u00e9ptido inmunopotenciador.  el gen de la beta-hemoglobina aparecia inducido durante el proceso y otros seis genes reprimidos: piruvato quinasa, grasp65, ubinucleina, y tres secuencias desconocidas hasta el momento (22c2b,23c1b,23c1a).
