Foina). La tesis est\u00c2\u00bf dividida en cuatro cap\u00c2\u00bftulos. La introducci\u00c2\u00bfn (cap\u00c2\u00bftulo 1) proporciona un marco general de la tesis, en la que se describen y relacionan las principales subdisciplinas de la ecolog\u00c2\u00bfa molecular y la idoneidad de h\u00c2\u00bfbitat. Despu\u00c2\u00bfs, repaso los trabajos m\u00c2\u00bfs significativos sobre las especies de los g\u00c2\u00bfneros lutra y martes para contextualizar los 5 art\u00c2\u00bfculos espec\u00c2\u00bfficos incluidos a continuaci\u00c2\u00bfn. 1) individual identification and distribution assessment of otters (lutra lutra) through non-invasive genetic sampling: recovery of an endangered species in the basque country (northern spain). 2) shaken but not stirred: multiscale habitat suitability modeling of two sympatric marten species (martes martes and martes foina) in the northern iberian peninsula. 3) distribution and habitat use by pine marten in a riparian corridor crossing intensively cultivated lowlands.
