Este fen\u00f3meno se identifica con los aspectos impl\u00edcitos y no conscientes de la cultura organizacional. Se compone de un conjunto de presunciones compartidas sostenidas de forma acr\u00edtica y de una idea o imagen de orden. Esta idea de orden explica y valora c\u00f3mo funcionan las cosas en la empresa y el rol o lugar que sus integrantes perciben que tienen en ella.  la tesis analiza las implicaciones \u00e9ticas del fen\u00f3meno por su influencia en la toma de decisiones cotidianas de los empleados de empresa. Asimismo analiza las implicaciones ontol\u00f3gicas de la mentalidad compartida. Es decir, analiza la influencia causal del fen\u00f3meno en la conformaci\u00f3n de la empresa como una entidad relacional distinta de sus integrantes aunque inhiere s\u00f3lo en ellos. en esta primera parte se ilustran las distinciones conceptuales con el caso de un accidente tr\u00e1gico de aviaci\u00f3n que muestra c\u00ed\u00b2mo la mentalidad compartida &#8211; que puede concebir al a empresa de un modo fraudulento, corrupto o negligente- conduce a la tragedia y a la desaparici\u00f3n de la empresa. en la segunda parte se presenta a la comunidad acad\u00e9mica un m\u00e9todo basado en  met\u00e1foras que permite acceder a algunos elementos de la mentalidad compartida por un grupo. El m\u00e9todo de tipo heur\u00edstico y de etnograf\u00eda activa, se justifica en diversas disciplinas: en la antropolog\u00eda cultural y en la ling\u00ed\u00bc\u00edstica cognitiva. Se busca all\u00ed demostrar que las met\u00e1foras \u00c2\u00bfelicitadas mediante dibujos grupales e interpretados por los mismos- logran representar los significados sociales y hacer surgir a la
