La tecnica analitica empleada para la medida de las relaciones isot\u00f3picas ha sidola espectrometria de masas. Se han desarrollado los correspondientes metodos de analisis isit\u00f3picos utilizando dos fuentes de ionizacion, fuente de ionizacion termica y fuente de ionizacion de plasma de acoplamiento inducido, seleccionando para su aplicaci\u00f3n la m\u00e1s adecuada seg\u00fan elemento y finalidad del analisis. Tambien  se ha desarrollado la tecnica de dilucion isotopica para su uso como metodo de medida absoluto de la cantidad de sustancia. La incertidumbre asociada a todos los procesos de medida se ha calculado de acuerdo con la normativa internacional al respecto, permitiendo la evaluacion de la incertidumbre global.  la aplicaci\u00f3n de los procedimientos propuestos se ha llevado a cabo a traves de la participaci\u00f3n en proyectos nacionales e internacionales relacionados con la energia y el
